"Hotel was clean and staff were on the most part friendly and helpful. The food was plentiful if a little bland. The rooms were spacious but not especially luxurious and a few extra touches such as hair dryer and some english channels on the television would have been welcome. Having said that - we had a lovely holiday and I would be happy to recommend the hotel."

"Didnt stay at Alf Leila - We changed the booking to Beach Albatros two weeks before we went to Egypt. Hotels-4-U Rep was very off hand with me. Unable to communicate with women!"

"The hotel itself is well designed and the rooms comfortable. There are 6 pools with pleanty of sunbeds available all day. The food is better than any other all inclusive I have been to, though still not great. The reception staff are helpful, dealing with any problems promptly. On a less positive note some of the pool bars shut at 2pm. The drinks were not cold and served in a small soft plastic cup, yes even the beer. There are a number of hotel shops which you need to pass by whenever you enter or leave the hotel beware of their prices. Majority of the guests were Russians and Germans. I had a good holiday but would look to go elsewhere in the future."

"A fantastic holiday! A clean,friendly, and fun hotel. Ther is plenty to do if you want to get involved with the animation program. The staff at the hotel were always helpful and accomadating.
We went on holiday with our teenager, six and 2 year old and there was plenty for all ages. The kids club was on 3 times a day and my children loved it! It was air conditioned building and it was good for them to spend time out of the sun for a while and have fun with other children.
The were not many English people at the hotel, however most of the Germans, Italians, and Russians spoke good English and everyone was really friendly. We even has a England V Germany football game while we were there and had a good night even though Germany won."

"This is the second time i have stayed at Alf Leila Wa Leila and on both occasions I have not had a single complaint. The standard of the rooms is excellent, our family room was like an apartment and the service, food, entertainment and accomodation was first class. I have seen bad reviews for this hotel, but personally think that the people reviewing must have been in a different hotel. I am already looking forward to going back again next year!"

"Fantastic holiday with our four children. Extremely friendly staff going out of their way to make things perfect. Food was very good and plentiful. Couldn't fault this hotel and it's staff in any way. Was concerned before we went as we had read negative reviews about the food and staff - can't undersdtand why."
