"This was the third time in successive years that we have stayed at the Bali Hotel and we were extremely happy to find that nothing had changed. The service is still very good, as is the food and cleanliness. We are already looking into booking another break in October 2009."

"hotel very clean, food not bad not great either. very dissapointed there was no entertainment suitable for children. the entertainment did not start till 10pm.This was geared towards adults .There was a room which catered for ballroom dancing again for adults. During the day there was a fittness programme , darts contests,and mini golf again all for adults. There was however a kids club, but this was only for children booked with thompson holidays. we did have a good holiday ,beach very good ,park very good , marina wonderful."

"Staff were friendly and helpful even if some needed "sign language" they understood and did what I requested. Food was quite good, plenty of it. good selection. Rooms cleaned every day. Very close to the beach and other amenities. A pity that the Hotel is on 'cardiac Hill' but I didn't witness and heart attacks even thouigh there was plenty of Pensioners about. Would go again."

"Huge hotel

Had a self catering room with lots of space

Only problem was that he room was not serviced at all - No fresh towels for 3 days - Had to phone reception to bring up fresh ones"

"Well equipped, clean and practical studio.
A very long corridor walk to get to reception and the way out from the studio.
Sun only in the early morning on self catering wing balconies.
Hilly locality therefore only suitable for the reasonably active.
Good evening entertainment in hotel."

"Had brilliant time. Hotel clean and staff very friendly. Always willing to help. Drinks good prices. Food excellent choice and quality. Best hotel we have stayed in for food and service. Entertainment good for a hotel. Room was average. On day we left had a courtesy room for shower and clean up at no cost. Courtesy room was superb. If known would have booked room in 2nd block and paid extra. Would definately recommend this hotel and would love to go back."

"The Bali is excellent value for money. The reception staff all spoke english and welcomed us by name on arrival, all were helpful and courteous. Only had breakfast but it was always hot with lots of choice. Stayed in an apartment for six, basic cooking facilities / fridge however, no microwave. Separate bedroom with double bed and large balcony. Room cleaned twice during 6 days with 3 towel changes and 1 sheet change. The pool area was always clean and no charge for sunbeds (Oct). Situated on a steep hill so probably not ideal for the elderly or poeple with mobility issues. No free car parking 8 euros per day or park on the street."

"Hotel was very good.

Only problem would be the hill. A few elderly people had problems with it (and some younger ones too!!)

Food was excellent with plently of choice at breakfast and evening meals. The hotel and the rooms were kept very clean.

There is plently of entertainment around the hotel with quite a few bars on the way down the hill and Bonanza Square a few minutes away. Very close to the beach"

"Took some time to find our apartment, but once in the room was nice and very clean. The staff were very helpful and polite, the entertainment was good, and the bar staff were great."

"The main downside of the hotel was that the walls were very thin so that you could hear quite clearly the people in the next room.

Other than that the hotel was clean, the staff were helpful and the entertainment was of a good standard."

"i have said it is suitable for older people,but only if they are fit.This hotel is at the top of a steep hill.The beach is possibly 300-400 mts away and you have to cross the main highway to get there.The food and accomodation were good and the staff were helpful."

"The Hotel Bali is a lovely, friendly place to stay. It is clean and the staff are extremely helpful. The entertainment is good especially for families with young kids as they are entertained from morning till night!
The food range is extensive and to a high quality.
I have visited this Hotel five times and would definitely go back. The area is lively with a number of both British and Spanish bars.
Not suitable for people with walking difficulties as the Hotel is situated on a hill."
