"This hotel is absolutely fantastic, immaculately clean, first class service from all members of the Staff, cleaners, waiter/ress, barpersons, receptionist, minibus drivers, everyone...

The food is amongst the best I have ever experienced for variety, freshness and presentation.

The Beach Club is exceptional, superb setting and service again was always with a smile and nothing was too much trouble.

I am already looking forward to next year, and will definately be back and this was the hotels penultimate week before the end of the season.

"This holiday was our 3rd time at The Delta. Everything was much the same and we had a very enjoyable time. A few things need to be addressed, ie the hot food needs to be hotter in the Restuarant and at the Beach Club, also the waiter service in the main Bar needs to improve. All other staff in the Bars, Reception, top Bar/Argos Restuarant are very friendly and were happy to see us again. I'm sure we will return to such a friendly hotel."

"The hotel was OK but the staff at times let it down. We have visited Mallorca several times and find the local people friendly and welcoming. The staff at the Delta were quite curt especially in the restaurant where men were requested to wear long trousers. This was a problem as my husband had only bought tailored shorts! Whilst we would return to Mallorca again we would not chose to stay at the Delta Hotel. We would however, re-book through Travel Republic as the service was superb."

"We really l enjoyed our stay at the Delta . This was our eight holiday in Majorca and feel this was the best Hotel we have stayed in by far . We have always stayed in 3 or 4 star accomadation before ! We were slightly dubious before we went due to other reviews of this Hotel , but rest assured any one about to stay here has no worries , If you are booked in , Look forward to it . LOL.
The Hotel is clean , spacious and the food is excellent !
The beach club is a must !!! , as good as its best review !! if not better !!"

"Thought the hotel was spot on, couldn't fault it in anyway.

Probably not the best place to go if your looking for some sort of 18-30's holiday but the evening entertainment was lively enough for us but not to lively that it kept you up. Food was really nice, never had any problems filling our plates as plenty of different options to choose from.

Room was really nice and clean. Will be looking to go back there in the future."

"Generally ok. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant. Accommodation was clean although a little 'basic', more 3 star than 4. Is tired looking so needs a refurb. Excellent pools and quiet as everyone seemed to go elsewhere, maybe to the beach club. Food was very good, plentiful and reasonably varied as well. Evening entertainment was not too good, cheap acts, but after a few drinks maybe some did not care! Location was quiet and mostly local housing/apartments, not much in any direction if you went for a walk. We were all inclusive and looking for a totally relaxing break which is what we had, so ok with us. Some may find it too quiet, especially teenagers. Only 20 minutes from the airport but not bothered by low flying planes at all."

"On the whole the hotel was great, though I would question the 4-star status in terms of food and accomodation (I assume the 'beach club', 2 other pools, tennis courts etc have bumped up the rating!). The cleanliness of our room was excellent, but the attention to other areas was not so good (toilets in public areas for example) and the pool areas were less than spotless - even first thing in the morning. There are many cracked and crumbling flagstones at the Beach Club which could cut a bare foot - surely remedial work should have been done in the low season.
One surprising factor was the allowing of glasses and bottles at all pools!! We witnessed several breakages and kept flip-flops on at all times...
Unfortunately, there is only one side of the hotel that is protected from night noise, as there is a busy road behind it and the double glazing is very poor at cutting out sound - the outdoor entertainment continued quite late, so you go to sleep to the Macarena and Agadoo most nights ;-)
I felt the food was average at best and have had much better at lower starred properties, though I think if we were on the AI option (we were half board) and could tuck in whenever we wanted, we might have rated it higher - having never experienced an AI hotel, I wonder if the emphasis is on quantity rather than quality. Ditto the 'cocktail' style drinks, which, for the price paid by HB clients, were a bit 'weak'. We ate in the hotel's waiter-service restaurant Argos one night and this was a much better experience than the busy buffet restaurant.
Nonetheless, my daughter (16) and I had a lovely, relaxing break lying in the sun, which was what we'd ordered. The hotel was more than adequate for our needs and, whilst i would choose other hotels near Palma for myself (Gran Melia Victoria or the wonderful Roc Illetas Playa!), this place would be great for families or AI fans."

"Had a great relaxing time on the all inclusive - Hotel very clean and comfortable, great variety of pools, especially the 'beach club', however want peace and quiet this is just the place to find it. It is cheap to travel to others places such as Palma, Arenal, nearby reastaurants for something different as the entertainment is not to everyones liking."

"Excited when booking to see hotel was a Premier All inclusive! Free Swimming towels and all branded drinks. Disappointed when I arrived to find Baileys was about the only brand you had to pay extra for!
Aside from that I thought the food was great for a week's stay.
Choice of Fresh fish and meat every day - often cooked as you wait.
Always Pasta, paella, salads and bread selection.
My kids loved the steak and chips - EVERY DAY!
Probably would have got bored if we'd stayed longer but great choice and fresh.
Hotel is in a residential area 10 mins from S'Arenal (awful tacky place with a beach) and about 30mins from Palma (Beautiful traditional cathedral city)
Hotel entertainment was good. Talented animation team spoke an array of languages.
Kids enjoyed mini disco every night.
Rooms clean and spacious, reception staff were helpful."

"The room was good, reception not very informative when registering. Food not up to standard expected of a 4+ star all inclusive hotel. We have stayed in many such hotels and were surprised when we found out that the all inclusive finished at noon. Alright for us as we were leaving at 1.00 but for anyone who arrived later and were leaving later this meant you missed out on meals and drinks which you had paid for.
The Beach Club is good but the transfer system is not enough for the number of people who want to use it."
