"Friendly, helpful reception staff.
Pool, gym & sauna all closed when we visited. (November)
All areas were clean and tidy.
Very basic catering facilities in Apartment. eg. No kettle, sharp knife or bottle opener.

"I've stayed 8 times in Ibiza and this time required cheap accommodation for a party of 10, but avoiding San Antonio and that class of place at all costs. Hotel El Puerto was perfect, the apartments a generous size, very clean and good air-con. Everything was easy and although we were out for a party the hotel was civilised. Very close to Obiza port so close to all the action and unlike other places there was no minimum stay over a weekend.
Highly reccommend it."Top Tip:

"Hotel was clean, walls are thin so can be noisy when everyone gets back early in the morning. Great location, not very far from clubs and bars in Ibiza town."

"The apartments are a good size with air con. Walls are thin though so it can be quite noisy with people coming & going all the time - but that's Ibiza! Reception staff were very helpful. The pool area is OK, always lots of beds free. Shame there's no pool bar though."

"Basic hotel, clean with most needs, kitchen was a let down as two rings on a hob, that was it. No kettle toaster or anything, not even an oven or grill.
Air conditioning was great, had balcony. Superb location for price, perfect for all major clubs, and seemed pretty safe too."Top Tip:

"Had a great time. Rooms were of a standard way better than a 2*.
All in all a great place to stay"Top Tip:
"La Pirata.... best Pizza and pasta in Town!!!!
Watch out for high drink prices on the strip... ouch!!!!

"The El Puerto Hotel is excellently located to enjoy all aspects of Ibiza Town. It is in walking distance (within 5-10 mins) to the beautiful 'old town', the fabulous boutiques, the port (for ferries to the stunning island of Formentera) and even to Pacha (one of the most famous and fabulous nightclubs in the world!).
It is a very welcoming hotel - the staff are friendly and helpful. Our apartment was very clean and very well equipped. A cleaner came in everyday (yes, everyday!!) to clean, make the beds and leave us fresh towels - she was also friendly and amiable.
There is a small supermarket directly opposite the hotel which has everything you need for your stay: from your favourite tipple to daily, baked on the premises, bread and rolls.
The only downside to this hotel is that the surrounding streets (and also some guests whilst we were there) can become quite noisy. However, you've got to understand that you are in the heart of Ibiza Town and so this is to be expected.
Overall, a most excellent hotel."Top Tip:
"Try the La Bodega tapas bar - nestling next to the slope which leads into the old town (Delt Vila). We sat on a small outside table, underneath gorgeous flowering foliage on a beautiful June evening. The food is outstanding! The prices are very reasonable!"El Puerto and Hotel check-in Date:

"We have stayed here 3 times within the last 12 months... so we must like it!
Only one complaint... there is no managerial policing of the corridors in the early hours, and there was nearly every night, shouting and screaming of mainly rowdy girls."Top Tip:

"Great location, clean rooms and a nice pool. Staff were really helpful (particularly as I'd lost my wallet within 5 minutes of landing in Ibiza and they phoned round the cab companies for me! Got it back too!) I'd stay here again, no problem."

"The staff were very helpful and obliging. They were a pleasure to deal with.

"Great for price. Rooms were a good size and nicely appointed. Breakfast was fine. There can be a lot of noise from doors slamming and people talking loudly in the corridors which don't do anything to absorb the sound. Would use again for overnight stays."

Hotel Details - El Puerto and Hotel
Tourist establishment situated in the centre of Ibiza city just a few metres from the Port (with its night-time atmosphere), boats to Formentera, Pacha and El Divino discotheques, and 1 km away from the nautical sporting clubs Ibiza La Nueva and Marina h. Completely renovated during 1998 and 1999. Open all year.
Accommodation
The hotel has 93 twin rooms with bath, heating, direct telephone line, colour satellite TV, ceiling fan (some of the superior rooms have air-conditioning). 70% of the rooms have terraces and the rest balcony. Accommodation and breakfast, half-board (breakfast and dinner), self service buffet. Daily cleaning and change of towels and change of sheets every 4 days. There are 80 air-conditioned apartments comprising one bedroom with two beds, living-dining room with sofa-bed, American bar type kitchen with fridge, complete bathroom, colour satellite TV, direct telephone line and terrace. Accommodation only, breakfast optional. Cleaning and change of towels on alternate days and change of sheets every 4 days.
Food & Beverage
There is a snack Cafeteria operating from 08.00 to 24.00, serving sandwiches, tapas, set dishes and our own cakes and pastry. The restaurant and cafeteria were completely renovated in November 1998 giving them a modern, functional air. Air-conditioning. Dining room-Restaurant for breakfast and dinner (self-service buffet) and meals in special cases (groups, banquets, etc)
Facilities & Services
There is a meeting room and lounge situated on the main floor (ground floor). Meeting room, small conventions with capacity for 50/60 people. Lounge with satellite TV, capacity for 40 people. The swimming pool situated on the second floor. Solarium terrace. Lounges and sun umbrellas free of charge. At the reception there is 24 hours service, with general information. Car hires, excursions Money changing facilities and telephone cabins.
