"The only thing going for this hotel is its location, which is right in the middle of Ibiza town by the port, so you can walk everywhere. However, the rooms were pokey and smelt of smoke, even though I asked for a non-smoking room which they said they dont have! The room was tiny and without any natural light coming in (the window looks out to a shaft in the building!) so you really didnt want to spend any time in your room...

The staff were reasonably friendly enough, but they were unhelpful when it came to getting a late checkout as our flight was at 2.30am - reallly they should work that out before hand - checking out at 12pm when you have a flight at night is so inconvenient - someone needs to look into that when the bookings are made

I would try a different place next time"

"Not a very nice or comfortable hotel to stay considering the price and services from the reception. WE did not get to go to our room until 2pm on the day we arrived and the reception was not helpful and rude to us. We were left wandering around the town not knowing where to go as the reception did not even offer us anything until we have to ask him whether we could actually leave or luggages!
We stayed there for 5 nights and we only done the breakfast once as it was horrible. You will only get the follow:
1) A cup of coffee
2) A glass of orange jice
3) A croissant
4) A piece of toast

That's all! You can't have more or any other stuff! End of days we decided to eat our breakfast out somewhere.
The room was old and smelly. The furnitures were vile. Towels were stained and dirty. The shower area was too small with dirty shower curtains. Water were leaking to the bedroom as you shower. They do not replenish the soap or body wash. You only get one bar of tiny soap and 2 sachets of body wash for your entire stay!

The only thing which is good about this hotel is the location. It is central and convenient for all purposes."

"If the noise from motorbikes and revellers doesnt bother you, this is great. Perfectly located at the centre of everything. Nice rooms. Staff were friendly."

"Room was ok, cleaned + clean towels every day. Location spot on (but very noisy,traffic,firecrackers etc) paid extra for a balcony & glad we did as many rooms open on to an internal shaft.
Breakfast was poor.tea or coffee,orange juice,crossant & fried bread! Nothing else unless we paid for it. Had to pay for an extra cup of coffee !!!!"
