"The Annalisa Apartments were in an ideal location, five minutes from the beach and close to the main entertainment strip in Ipso's. It's perfect for either a relaxing holiday or for clubbing considering the close proximity to bars and clubs. For a quieter holiday we would recommend a visit in September, despite the fact that the weather is not completely guaranteed."

"Friendly staff. Clean hotel, quiet around pool. Large rooms. Not enough for children to do at hotel or in Ipsos in general. Breakfast disappointing. Perfect for relaxing holiday, would have been tearing our hair out after a week though!"

"We were located in block A which appears to be the older of the two buildings. These appartments are not 4 star. The furniture is old possibly antique. We requested a pool view, we were put in room 214 first floor with a view from our aparment which I can only describe as the back yard of a poorly maintained greek house, the occupants were noisy from 6am on. There is overgrown trees and poorly maintained groonds all round so not much to look at. We asked for a change of rooms but were informed that there were no available rooms, not the helpfull people I was led to believe from other reviews, we were not the only people to complain when we were there. Our bedding and towels were only chainged once on our 10 day stay. Will not be back to these apartments."

"The hotel reception was clean and spacious and gave an immediate positive impression. The owner "Manu" seemed a little stern at first but did show a more friendlier side later in our stay. Melanie Manus wife was friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms were clean and very presentable. The bathroom has traditional Greek plumbing!! Expect a wet floor after showering. We had two poolside balconies. The pool area was private. We stayed in the neighbouring Menas Hotel and had a quieter pool. There is a second pool which seemed a little busier. Sunbeds were readily availabe and padded. Pool was warm and deep.

The resort was over run by mopeds which is the only down side to the hotel as it seemed to be on a small cut through road. The resort has a selaction of tavernas and bars. Does get a little noisey so not the best place if you want peace and quiet. Better probably for youngsters but there was many families. The beach is shingle but was popular, clean and safe."

"The apartments were clean but basic and therefore I would not rate them four star. However the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. The food at the pool bar is of a good standard.
They are brilliantly situated if you like the beach and the night life but are just far enough away from the pubs/clubs so you can still sleep at night."

"Rooms in block A require refurbishment, very old wood throughout including squeeky beds, plaster/paint on walls ugly and furniture falling apart. That said the rooms were extremely clean, bug free and all the lights and electrical equipment including the air conditioning worked perfectly.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly - George & Erin in the evenings were great company and the service was excellent. Drinks/food reasonably priced.

Reception, pool and bar area very clean and modern - always someone on hand to assist.

Not sure I would rate it as 4 star but certainly good accommodation in Greece and I would go back!"

"You really shouldnt promote this hotel as 4* as it more of a 2-3* on greek stds/european stds.
Rooms were not as well kept/cleaned as the public pool, bar and lobby.
Beds were not comfortable and cleaning wasnt as good as i expected plus you didnt state that we would have to pay 50 Euro's for our A/c during our 10 day stay.
other than this, we enjoyed the hotel and overall had a nice time.

Ipsos is ok but would recommend getting a car and having a look at the surrounding towns, villages, beaches etc especially on the WestCoast! fastinating!

Ipsos also wasnt as busy as we thought. There r more bars than restaurants?? Ipsos super markets, resto's & bars are no way as cheap/ good value as they hav been previously due to euro rate + Greek tourist area."

"We had a very enjoyable 2 week holiday at the Annaliza(yes it's a z not an s) and cannot thank TR enough for providing the accomodation for us.The hotel is situated about 100 metres from the main road which runs along side the shingle beach and is very quiet in the evenings.However,if you want the nightlife you're only a couple of minutes away from all the bars,pubs and restaurants.
The hotel itself is spotless,the pools are fantastic the food is excellent and the rooms are meticulously cleaned
The ace in the pack are the staff! My wife and I have been on holiday all over Europe over the last 30 years and I can honestly say they are the best we've ever had,they really made us feel like one of the family!"

"Very nice clean and friendly hotel. We were staying self catering in a two bedroom apartment on the ground floor. The hotel was full from the beginning of June and there was no noise or rowdiness at any time although admittedly we stayed at the end on May into June outside of peak season. The only downside of the apartment was the cooking facilities. An oven and two burner was all that was available but as we were not cooking gourmet meals even that was not a problem! I would recommend this accommodation if you decided you wanted to be in Ipsos."

"we had a late flight but had to be out of our room by 10.30am.We booked the shower room as we were requested to do but were very disappointed to be told that they did not supply towels you had to use your own!! Not many people take their own bath towels on holiday.The shower room was literally the bathroom and hall in an apartment,all the doors were locked to the other rooms and two people were expected to shower and change in this tiny space.Really let the hotel down."

"A very basic Aparthotel.Even so, the rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff always helpful with any request you had. The hotel snacks were limited in choice but enough.The bar closed at 12pm,with no evening entertainment. If you want peace and quiet, yes, no good for my children.Situated five minutes from the beach, Ipsos being a lively resort after 1am, you never heard any loud music, or roudiness."

"Very Clean apartments. Some of the Furniture needs updating, however the public areas are very nice.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, happy to advise guests and very efficient.

"sky tv only cnn and bbc world service which you could not hear they could get pay for veiw sky which we have had on other holidays.I asked for a ground floor room and was allocated one upstairs. we were moved into room 110 which was a nothing more than a dungeon.staff very friendly and hotel clean but rooms need brightening up all very dark furniture and fittings. this hotel could offer so much more re entertainment which was non existent nothing for children at night or if raining"
