"The Irish bar near the Barbican was excelent, but use the alertative entrance and down stairs bar."

"I did not actually stay at the reserved hotel as they had a problem with the room and moved us to the Ascot Hotel. It was very nice BUT right next to the railway line so very noisy.

It would have been nice for them to provide tea and coffee making facilities in the room but otherwise it was very nice."

"Hotel facilities, food, and location were good and the staff were very polite and helpful. Only negatives were absence of tea/coffee making facilities in room and noise from building site opposite; try to avoid rooms overlooking the street whilst this work lasts. Transfer from airport very easy and cheap: just take the train and walk to hotel from station."
Top Tip:
"The entire Old Town is a few minutes walk away."

"Staff very approachable and more than willing to be of help.

There was a good range of choice for breakfast and it was plentiful.

The room was confortable and very clean.

We also used the hotel transport for a trip and taxi back to the airport, both drivers were very prompt and very pleasant."

"Hotel was well situated and clean. Staff were relatively helpful although I think they automatically assumed the worst as we were part of a stag group.

The water machines on every foor was a nice touch."

"Very clean almost new small hotel, well located for market square and many major attractions. Double room lacked few fittings and furniture! Rather expensive 3 star!"

"The Red piano in market square..Great decor, food and trio...Reasonable prices.."
