"very dissapointed , we arrived at Creta Palm hotel, to be told a mistake had been made no amount of why's did we get reply, just put into taxi andsent to Ilianthos village hotel.Apartment no complints except overlooked a road and disused timber yard, Creta Palm said all rooms overlooked sea or gardens.only other English people in hotel had same treatment as us, have to say they had not traveled with your firm. and were transfered back later in week, When I look for a holiday my aim is for pool to sunbathe, but only chairs round pool if you tried reclineing such small area you had to move feet for passers by, so we had to use beach which we're not beach people and pay for the sun beds."

"Fantastic rooms, absolutely brilliant daily cleaning service! Breakfast was a great variety. Great location - lovely long beach right outside and good bars/restaurants within walking distance. Staff were wonderfully helpful. We were a young couple amongst many older couples/families but it was a great location for young couples who like to walk, eat, drink and be merry!"

"NICE HOTEL IN A BEAUTIFUL LOCATION. SPACIUS AND CONVENIENT FOR FAMILIES. BREAKFAST WAS VERY POOR SPECIALLY FOR CHILDREN. IN ELEVEN DAYS THAT WE STAYED THE MAID CHANGED THE BED LINEN ONLY TWO TIMES AND THE TOWELS ONLY THREE TIMES. THE CONDITION OF THE TOWELS WAS TERRIBLE (TOO MUCH USED). GOOD PRICES AT THE SNACK BAR AND FRIENDLY RECEPTION."
