"This is a quiet and peaceful place to have a relaxing holiday. Even though the resort is almost at the top of the hill the walk to the restaurants and bars is enjoyable."

"There was no pool bar open during the day on the first week. 2nd week the entertainment was cancelled every night. The minimarket was not open so we had to walk some distance to a supermarket. we ended up having to hire a car because we couldn't carry the shopping up the hill. The food in the restaurant mirador was not good. The people who ran the bar didn't seem bothered. However we made the most of things and we still had a nice time. The hotel should notify you if some of the facilities are not going to be available. Mattress on one bed was terrible but when we asked reception to change it it was done that day and everything was fine. Room kept clean and tidy and well equipped. Pity you didn't do this last year, we stayed at Makadi Bay hotel booked via you and it was dreadful. Not 5 star. Food was appalling"

"The apartment on the complex was great, although I heard that not all have a kettle or a microwave like mine did, these were a definite plus, the pools were all nice and clean.
My only real complaint is that the volume from the bar by the pool was far too loud at night it was like having the compere and the karaoke singers in the same room as me - I am not some old fuddy duddy but some nights it was unbearable, the music they played in between that wasn't over the microphone wasn't too bad so I couldn't understand why the volume had to go up sop much, and it wasn't like it was ever full."

"mirrador restaraunt was closed for meals which was disapointing we had quite a walk to get something to eat they have also stopped the entertaiment. overall it was a relaxing holiday thank you"
