"Hotel Don Pancho is an above average hotel, which caters for older clientelle, food and services are excellent. The Hotel is situated close to the beach and surrounded by a varied nightlife which can suit all tastes.

The staff at Hotel Don Pancho, are very helpful and I am looking forward to returning to visit this hotel in the near future."

"food was fab, only complaint they wanted to charge us 2 euros for a glass of ice outrageous when they offer a mini bar service. apart from that no complaints. in fact want to return again next year"

"very nice hotel,lovely bright diningroom,breakfast choice good ,evening meal alright..pool area abit small for size of hotel but we had no problemgetting a sun bed..rooms nice and very clean.near all shops ,beach and great cake shops ,i couldnt resist....will definately stay at this hotel again!! also 10/10 to travel republic,,we booked 2 days before departure,and everything wentperfect!!"

"HOTEL ROOMS NEED UPDATING.
WAS NOT AWARE THAT MEN (INCLUDING TEENAGE BOYS) HAD TO WARE LONG TROUSES FOR DINNER.
WAS NOT ALLOWED TO USE IRON OR KETTLE IN ROOM EVEN IF THEY WERE TRAVEL ITEMS.
HAD TO PAY TO HAVE CLOTHES IRONED IF NEEDED.
NO CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS IN HOTEL ROOM ON HOW TO USE AIRCONDITIONING.
POOL AREA VERY SMALL FOR AMOUNT OF GUESTS AND NOT ALLOWED TO USE INFLATABLES OR BALLS IN POOL.

HOTEL VERY CLEAN AND TIDY.
AIRCONDITIONING FANTASTIC.
VERY CLOSE TO BEACH.
FOOD GOOD.
MAID SERVICE GOOD.
STAFF ON RECEPTION VERY HELPFULL."

"The Don Pancho is a beautifully run hotel with an almost old world style - the food was excellent and service very good. Average age of guests probably forties and up - very few children about which was great for the older age group catered for. Rooms were kept very clean - towles and equipment for the bathroom plentiful. Reception provided towels for sun beds for those who want to travel light."

"the hotel was pleasant enough ,food good service good it was very clean exceptfor the carpets in the bedrooms which were heavily stained and dirty the pool area was not big enough and the elder guests were up with the larks queueing to grab the shades and beds.The hotel needs to be refurbished and brought up to date the bar/lounge area is very dark and does not cater for the vast majority of British guests still employing a group that belongs to 1950s.not very good English either,they did not offer any English ales or Guinness etc. their loss. Nowhere to sit outside for pre dinner drink.,not asking for niteclub atmosphere.Its proximity to beach /seaviews /quiet is its saving grace"

"We were slightly apprehensive at first as we had not travelled with Travel Republic or Easyjet before. No worries everything was superb ,The Don Pancho was perfect for us, very central and all rooms have a sea view which was a bonus as we thought going to Benidorm we'd be looking at other high rise buildings.The food was very good and the hotel was spotless. Staff always pleasant and the resident band was superb. We will definately be back next year. Oh one last thing leave plenty of room in your suitcase as the shopping is wicked especially for shoes and underwear. Fab fab fab."
