"Restricted number of restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel and it's a twenty minute walk to a much bigger selection of restaurants in the town. There is a courtesy bus runs every hour from the hotel into the town centre but the last one back is about 9.30pm."

"Hotel on the whole was ok and are daughters enjoyed themselves which is the main thing but I will not be going back there. Hotel was very clean and the rooms were fine but the evening buffett was very dissapointing and reception staff were not the most helpful luckly we didnt need to speek to them much. Hotel had lovely childrens pool and the childrens entertainers were great shame they are only on half an hour a night as there is not much for young children outside the hotel. This hotel is more for couples or older families."

"The room was reasonably spacious and the bathroom was both spacious and decorated to a high standard. Overall the hotel represented good value and could be recommended. It offers a discount on green fees at the nearby golf course and there was no difficulty in getting tee times. There is a courtesy coach to take guests to the golf course at regular intervals during the day."

"All in all our stay was good. I would give this hotel an 8/10.
With a 9 month old baby:-
The pools, both for the kids and adults to be suitable for a toddler. 9/10
The room was good, clean, decent shower in the bathroom. 9/10
The restaurant all inclusive set menu was ok, a bit repetetive, but on the whole the food was maybe a 7/10.
All inclusive gives you free drinks, but to be honest the waiters were not exactly on hand to keep your glass full, you had to look for them not the other way around, so at meal times you never got the benefit. Poolside of course you go to the ba, so you can perhpas get your moneys worth there. Not sure all inclusive was worth it in retrospect for us. 7/10
Beach is 1 minutes walk and was spotlessly clean and good / safe for kids of all ages. 10/10
The gym is the hotel is laughable so dont go there expecting a daily workout. 0/10.
As with all hotels, the towel on the sun lounger at the pool is requisite, and there are not enough loungers. I hate this as I refuse to get up at 7 to 'reserve' a lounger.
All in all a good holiday with very little negatives."

"Hotel ideally located on the edge of Caleta De Fuste with a walk only 10-15 mins away. Lovely hotel with plenty of facilities, excellent Mini, Maxi Club and entertainment from the Animacion team, who are fab! Nice beach with safe waters, as shielded from the Atlantic by the creation of a bay. Hotel food, good, dining room maybe a bit claustrophobic as decorated in darker colours, but outside space if you wish to eat breakfast on the terrace in a morning. Rooms spacious and very clean. Taxi from airport 10-12 euros max."

"the hotel was first class everything was great.
spotlessly clean always, the staff work extremely hard in all areas from cleaning to reception to diningroom to animation team.
although not at lot of english residents it suited us down to the ground.
having a wonderfull beach outside the door was a added bonus.
the only thing my husband was unhappy about was the tv only world news and no golf on as it was the british open.
food was very variable and very nice.
the only thing i would have liked was to be able to book a late check out room as none were availabe, but it didnt spoil a great holiday"

"THE HOTEL WAS EXELLENT, IT WAS CLEAN, MODERN AND HAD ALL THE FACILITIES FOR A RELAXING HOLIDAY, RELAXING BEING THE KEY WORD IF YOU WANT BARS ETC.. JUST TAKE A TAXI FOR A COUPLE OF EUROS INTO CALETA. THE BUFFET FOOD IN THE MAIN RESTURANT IS GOOD WITH A WIDE VARIETY OF DISHES FOR ALL COURSES AND THE POOL BAR FOOD IS GOOD TOO. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE HOTEL TO EVERYONE EXEPT MAYBE PEOPLE AFTER CLUBBING ETC.. ALSO BE WARNED THERE IS NO ROOM SERVICE WHICH I FOUND UNUSUAL, AND SOME PEOPLE MIGHT BE PUT OFF BY THE HOTEL BEING IN THE LANDING FLIGHT PATH SINCE IT IS CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT, BUT WE DIDNT FIND IT MUCH BOTHER."

"I was rather disappointed to find that having paid extra for a sea view that the majority of rooms in the hotel also benefitted from those sea views free of charge! I was told by the hotel management on enquiry that there are only two types of room on sale direct from the hotel to the tour operators - standard rooms and executive rooms. No extra charged is made by the hotelier for the sea view. It is therefore, I am told, the tour operator that benefits from the extra revenue from those sea views and not the hotel. I therefore feel rather cheated!!"

"Hotel was superb - very modern, bedroom & bathroom were great, public areas good too. Swimming pool was gorgeous, lots of space for sunbathing around the pools - not at all crowded.

Only down side was the food in the evening (breakfast was fine) - not awful but nothing special and not really 4* standard."

"Rooms clean, beds a bit hard. Facilities fantastic, Daily entertainment good. Pools great, one heated. Food very satisfactory. Lots of choice. Hot and cold, and decent puddings. Could do with a coffee/ tea machine near pools, as pool bar service was slow. Hotel evening entertainment good. From parrots riding bikes to irish dancers. Very good. We found all the staff including reception very nice and very helpful. A purse was lost in the taxi from the airport to hotel and we had to go along way to a police station to report it, It was never returned. The weather was hot, windy at times, shops near by. Even an english run pub with sky sports just next door in the shopping area. The grandchildren were in mini club and all the staff in the whole hotel were lovely with them. Go again...YES"

"I went there the second week it was open and there were all sorts of problems. I'm pleased to say most have been ironed out and the holiday experience was far better. More organised and the service has improved significantly.

Great for kids - excellent mini club, toddler pool, mini disco etc. Food not bad but gets a bit boring. Close to the airport, opposite the beach, next to a good shopping centre which has a large supermarket, opposite the golf course, short walk from the town centre, not that there's much there.

There are some downsides - all inclusive ends at 23.00, the pool bar does not serve food under all inclusive so you have to use the main restaurant, you have to pay for a fridge in the room, only BBC 24 on the tv, its in the flight path but not overly intrusive.

Overall, positives far outweigh the negatives and nothing is perfect. It's very good for families with young children. Not recommended for young adults as there is little to offer unless you like peace & quiet."

"Great location if you're looking for something quiet and relaxing, Out of town, but with a shopping centre next door. Heated pool that was actually a comfortable temperature - great for the kids. Nice beach and plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Hotel & rooms very clean, staff very heplful. Evening entertainment a bit ropey, but different bar available with outside terrace. Overall lovely hotel."
