"hotel is quite clean the only thing that we didnot like was the shower room could be clean more often We had lovely hoilday for a week .The place was very nice area the people where very kind .the resaurant were very good .The chinese resaurarnt was best we every had."

"Eleni Studios
Very basic. No kitchen appliances. Only two - dirty bath towels. No hot water. Huge communication issue,as the owner does not speak english at all. After one night we've been told to move out. Apparently lady named Adriana changed our reservation without even telling us obout that. Our room was not available any more so we had to pack and move to Elpida hotel.

Big, tidy and nice room. Clean bathroom and towels, hot water. Nice peoples. Great service."

"Accommodation was OK, but you need to make a much bigger point about the importance of the local agent's contact details, in the event of problems .. one couple were delayed on arrival and diverted to Athens, they let their room in their absence?"

"Eleni Studios is a great place to stay. It was a very small, quiet and picturesque apartments in a beautiful part of Zante. I would most definately go back. The only problem is the bathroom could be better, the toilet is behind the door, the sink is far too big and the shower to small but typical Greek style and i'd still go back."

"only twin rooms, no facility for kids to sleep. Excellent value, close to two other properties we have previously stayed, by far the best. however week one, towels and bedding onlly changed once, after 6 days requested this. Also, only 2 bath towels, no hand towels. second week better, changed more, but a problem with laundry, apparently machine broke down, but problem was sorted before night time. Maid service poor first week, and no one even attempted to wash the handbasin in the 2 whole weeks we were there. Very basic service, needs improving. Nicos cant speak a word of English, but was lovely. Rooms large and airy. would return."

"Most apartments are basic but this was slightly better with the inclusion of an electric kettle and TV (Sky news in evening plus Greek channels only). I had a problem on arrival with a broken plug on the fridge this was fixed immediately. Rooms are clean, sheets and towels changed twice a week and rooms cleaned 3-4 times a week.
Nice pool recently built with limited pool bar coffee, tea and cold drinks and baguettes.
Just off the main street so slightly quiter area, beach is about a 15-20 minutes walk."
