Apartments should be 5 star not 3 star stayed there before they are clean and tidy. Next to bars and the beach. Going to book them again this weekend for october with TRAVEL REPUBLIC. MANY THANKS FOR A GREAT HOLIDAY TRAVEL REPUBLIC. COLIN METCALFE.

Great accommodation in good location!

Clean and tidy apartments. Easy access to all amenities. 150euro deposit required and refunded on departure. Be aware of reception opening times if you have to leave early.
We went over the new year and the weather was excellent but if we had to stay in it would have been a bit boring. There isn't a lounge area to sit and mix. The TV only got foreign channels.

The apartments and grounds where very nice and only ten minute walk to beach. The down side is not having any reception and having to get keys from another place which is a good walk up the hill so not good for elderly or infirm.

It's been many years since stayed in self catering accomodation and was not disappointed. Arrived at lunch time and collected keys from reception at appt only a few minutes walk away. Apartments spotless & loads of space. Pool area and gardens excellent. Location good, 2 minutes away from indoor & outdoor markeks. Only 5 mins walk to beach and supermarket & bars all on the door step. Only down fall was that the appt did not have any english speaking channels on the t.v and our balcony was closed in which coud have been a problem had it been the summer months, don't think all the balcony's are like this.
Great holiday, weather fab for time of year.

We visited these apartments the first week in December, they were clean, spacious and really well equipped (washing machine, iron and board and full kitchen.) The balcony was really big (big enough to sun bathe.) We will definitely be going back next year. They are more like residential apartments and are gated.

We visited the Union Jack bar nearby which is great for that morning fry up and late nightcap and the staff are really nice.

Found the hotel a long walk from the beach and the main nightlife on the square, although very nice apartments and pool constantly seemed to be cleaqned.

Try the Geordie Bar, great food, just a few minutes walk towards the beach. If you've had a few too many drinks in the evening get a taxi back from the cafe benidorm square area, as quite a lengthy walk.

Pleasant apartments in a quieter location but near to all ameneties.
Imaculate and clean if not a little on the smaller size
Overall extremely good value for money and you will not be dissapointed.

Less than a 10 minute walk to both the beach or square.
Happy days !

Exellent all round experiance but a little let down by no maid service all week.

Excellent apartments would definately use again. Not too far from main square and beach. Clean apartments and quite.

Try out the Happy House Chinese about two hundrend yards up on your right just past the Liverpool Arms excellent value and taste.

One of the best apartments I have stayed in since I started going to Benidorm 10 years ago. If i decide to visit Benidorm again next year, Gemelos XXII will definately be considered. Great clean apartments, great swimming pools (plus an indoor one), nice and central to all Bars/Clubs/Restaurants and the beach.

The Stretford End pub, Also look for The Game Bird (excellent food near the Wooky Hollow pub)

Gemelos XXII Apartments, rincon de loix - as indicated on the web site the keys were to be collected from Fincas offices (east end of the Levante promenade) which was fine. Advise getting a map first and check to see if there are any Spanish holidays first as the Fincas office was closed due to a holiday so we had to go to the alternative key collection apartments near Levante hospital.
Oh and when we got there the receptionist says that the deposit is 150 Euro not 100 as stated on the web site - fortunately between us we had enough.
The Gemelos XXII Apartments, however, were clean, roomy and functional and in October quite quiet. The pool and outdoor facilities were many and catered for all. For the price, reccomended as ideal for short stays.

1. Advise getting a map first (google or such) and also check to see if there are any Spanish holidays as well.
2. Make sure you've got at least 50 euro more cash than what the web site says for the deposit for the keys.
3. If you've travelled by car and using the apts as a stop over ask in advance about garage key as there is an underground car park.

hotel fantastic everything you needed very secure and quiet three pools excellent just one short draw back there was no reception or bar

hotel is very close to all restraunts and bars found the white horse an d triangle pubs excellent

GEMELOS XX11 APARTMENTS WERE LOVELY. BIG ROOMS AND BALCONY. WE HAD TWO BEDROOM TWO BATHROOM. PROBLEM WITH HOT WATER ON SECOND DAY BOILER HAD PACKED IN. WITHIN TWO DAYS NEW BOILER FITTED LOVELY HOT WATER. OTHERWISE COULD NOT FAULT APARTMENTS. CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. GREAT SWIMMING POOLS.

ONLY DOWN SIDE WAS HAVING TO COLLECT KEYS FROM BUENAVISTA APARTMENTS LATE AT NIGHT AS NO 24 HOUR RECEPTION AND 150 EURO DEPOSIT. HOWEVER STAFF AT BUENAVISTA WERE GREAT SORTED OUT BOILER QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THANKYOU.

WE ALL HAD A GREAT TIME. CANT WAIT FOR NEXT HOLIDAY AT XMAS TIME!

ENTRANCE TO GEMELOS XX11 CAN BE FOUND JUST UP FROM THE DYNASTIC HOTEL BETWEEN TWO SHOPS.

When arriving and ringing the number,(to arrange key collection) it transpired that the one of the rooms was damaged/faulty or overbooked.(3 rooms total) Not detered the boozer next door rang for us( O Leary's[thank you]) after a free round of beers and excellent welcome the agent/tour agent arrived and put us all in a taxi and ferried us in a 5 minute ride to some other apartments.
These apartments can only be descibed as fantastic (priasio lido (sp) full video intercom, all mod cons and smack bang on the beach!
What more can you ask, 9 lads (in thier 40s) on a stag do.
Creature comforts without the hassle! Respect to all.

This was a total suprise to me. The Gemilos 22 apartments were the best I have ever stayed in! Clean, well furnished, superb gardens, 3 outdoor pools and an indor pool. Would definatley go back there again.

The Grand National pub, just down towards the front does superb homemade meals at a very resonable price

The apartments were nice and clean, included all mod cons eg kettle, toaster n iron.... Beware of the washing machine.... it flooded our appartment!!!
Constant hot running water was great but you get no maid service or welcome pack!!!
Full sized electric oven n fridge was handy and plaent of space on the balcony.
HOWEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No one turned up to meet us with our keys.... we were sent on a wild goose chase to try and locate them... Both the numbers we had to ring were out of order!!!!! we waited nearly 3 hours.... till 11.30pm before anyone turned up.

The british resturant/cafe Union Jacks is not all that great!!!! if you are willing to do a 5min walk to near the beach we found a friendly little cafe tucked away called mad dogs..... They do 2 breakfasts for 5euro....
Also The Queens hotel in the old town was amazing!!!!! 3 course al'a'cart for 10euro with a huge selection to choose from...
Also a bit nearer to home.... if you turn left out of the appartments uptowards the supermarket n just past the chinese resturants... there was a steak and grill house.... cant remember the name but it had orange table cloths...... This was lovely too.... we got a drink n 3 courses for aboud 15euros.

Night club wise....... we were lookin 4ward 2 going underground @ Jacks but are glad we didn't.. 7euro for 1 drink n it's very grimmy!!! Jacks it's self is nice thow... we watched sticky vicky there... staff are friendly too.
