"We moved rooms from a poolside room due to loud music in the evenings because we could not sleep. We were moved to exactly where we wanted to move and the staff were very helpful. The poolside room was almost designer it was that good! The second room was just about 4 star, could have done with a lick of paint.
The food was outstanding, I had every meat I could from the carvery and it was all cooked to perfection and piping hot. We are thinking of staying here again. Excellent choice. Highly Recommended."

"reception took far too long to check guests in. lifts wern't reliable. don't book a room for more than 2 people the rooms are extremly small and trying to fit more than 2 in a room is a joke!"

"Hotel as we remember it. still good, entertainment in the evenings was o k. some Rooms in need of re-decorateing.The ones overlooking the road to the side are in need of a lick of paint, not been done for last 6 years. T V waste of time unless you like news programs.Cupboard space is minimal to say the least.But rooms overlooking the pool are differant again. You can hire a fridge for a charge,but didnt find that out till last min."

"The hotel was lovely, but the rooms did not really live up to the rest of the hotel. The food was very good with lots of choice and the reception area, bars and pool areas were all fantastic but the rooms were a bit shabby and could probably do with a bit of a spruce up, but that was the only bad thing."

"The only problem as you are already aware was that my parents had a very long wait on their arriavl they were told no accomidation was booked for them,It was sorted but I was not happy my parents are nearly eighty and panick sets in when problems accure,they are home now waiting for the next break.
I would like to know why there was a problem"

"Room and food were excellent. The only downside was being charged 1.50euros per day for towel and mattress for poolside loungers. In most 4 star hotels there is a payable deposit for these, which is refunded on departure, or sometimes they are free."

"Very good hotel - but the average age of guest was 75 ish - so if you are a retired person, then you would find it excellent. For those still of working age, it was a little quiet. And my niece (22) was bored!

Very supportive for those who need a wheelchair.

Food, accommodation and service is excellent - but there was rather a long queue at check-in. Piano bar plays all the oldies.

This was my third visit to the hotel and previous visits in were livelier."
