"Junior suite very disappointing but bed very comfortable. Only the self service restaurant (cafe!) open and the food on offer for dinner was very poor. Breakfast OK. Canned loud music fairly widespread throughout the hotel but worst in restaurant. Smoking allowed in part of dining room. We thought EU had banned such pratice.
Staff very good
Pool area on level 2 very good. Pool area on level 1 not bad. Beach good.
No customer rating survey carried out."

"Every thing was very good, the entretainment team and the shows at night were great. the hotel very nice and close to everything. Something to complain may be the elevators, we were in the 9th floor and we had to swich elevators wich were always, always very bussy and very slow and since we were with a stroller we didn´t have another option than wait for them."

"Generally very good enjoyable holiday. Rooms recently refurbished, with new beds,curtains & wooden floors bringing them up to Hilton standard. Great pool & sun lounge area on the 6th floor for adults. (peaceful and quiet) Excellent pools on 1st floor for adults /children. Animation team very good with children and keep them well occupied & entertained.
Entertainment in the evening centres around the pool area on the 1st floor. Mostly good tribute bands (Abba, Beatles, Drifters) and an excellent Greek night.
The only fault I could find with this hotel was the service in the main buffet restaurant, which certainly was not 5*. I have had better service in a 3*, which is a shame because the food is varied and of great quality, both at breakfast & dinner."
Top Tip:
"Definitely, spend extra on a sea view room. It is well worth it for the view over the Aegean to Turkey and the fabulous sunsets. Recommend upper floors.
Not much in Ixia, so recommend some evenings in Rhodes old/new town,only 4 kms with Taxi 6/8 euros.
Try the one day Island coach tour with Manos, which cover the whole island. Long full day out covering all popular bits with excellent lunch in family run taverna in Embona."

"The hotel was excellent, cannot fault it in any way"
Top Tip:
"Unfortunately the resort of Ixia was very poor, just a coastal road passing through it, there were a few restaurants and supermarkets, but very few shops. However it was only a 10 min bus ride away from Rhodes Town, which was very interesting."

"Try Alexandros about 5 minute walk from hotel. Great restaurant great service reasonable prices."

"It was a Hilton but a Resort Hilton so lay back and lower your expectations and you'll have a great break. The staff at the Hilton were excellent and the hotel does well for it's age and size. Needs a bit of a makeover to reach international Hilton standards but no complaints.
You have to remember though that there are over 400 rooms in Rhodes so queuing and sitting down to lunch and breakfast is a bit of a zoo. We went end-September which is the quiet end of the season so would have been dreadful in the summer."
Top Tip:
"The all inclusive is cheap and cheerful so don't feel obliged to wait in line and eat with the masses. Out off the hotel and turn left and in 10 minutes there are more local tavernas with dinner for around Euro 25 per head - we found Coconut the best of the bunch."
