"All the staff were very polite, and helpful. The Hotel after recently been re-modernized is chiq with quality furniture and to a very good standard is spacious and un-cluttered with emphasis on space. The room i stayed in was a junior suite that had a sitting area with plasma tv, glass suround wet room with seperate wash room. The bedroom was open plan to the living area and had a large balcony overlooking the sea. The pool area was modern also clean and tidy with quality wooden sun loungers and large head rests which opened out onto a large sun bathing decking area. A well equiped pool bar and a very large semi covered night time bar with cool lighting and comfortable seating area. The restaurant was excelent food with well displayed hot and cold dishes and lots of space opening out onto a large terrace. Only dissapointment was charges of 4 euro's for 1hrs internet time for own laptop, otherwise near faultlless hotel."

"the hotel Napa Mermaid was excellent,rooms, food and service was well above its 3 star rating. 2 minutes walk to the beech 15 minutes to the town center."
