The Kernos Beach is a 4-star hotel complex nestled on an expanse of gorgeously landscaped acres of Mediterranean gardens, with its very popular 300 meters long sandy beach, offering to its guests assured comfort and Crete’s warm hospitality. Ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday, it consists of 275 rooms / bungalows and suites. The hotel is located on the famous beach road, halfway between the towns of Stalida and Malia.

Accommodation

The rooms in the main building are modernly designed and most comfortable, while the bungalows are all totally renovated and decorated in modern style with a subtle touch of luxury. All accommodations are fitted with air-conditioning (central system and in some rooms individually controlled), TV with satellite channels, music programs, direct dial telephone, refrigerator, hairdryer and private balcony or terrace. Accommodation is divided between double rooms, family rooms superior bungalows and superior suites and they may have either sea view, garden view, or be located sea front.

Food & Beverage

The philosophy of our restaurants is to offer a selection of traditional cuisine, carefully prepared with home - made fresh products. The Main Restaurant with a large veranda in the garden overlooking the sea serves an American breakfast buffet and a three courses dinner menu. At the Fish Restaurant located at the sea front, a wide range of seafood and fish delicacies are served for lunch. The Tavernaki (snack-bar) offers avariety of snacks, salads and grilled food for a light lunch. At the Cafeteria situated on the Eastern end of the complex, and with a view to the sea, guests can enjoy a choice of local and international sweets. At the Kafenion located in the small square and under the coolness of the plane-trees, a cup of Greek traditional coffee or ouzo can be enjoyed.

The complex has a secluded long, white sandy beach with umbrellas and sun beds, a water ports centre for water skiing, pedaloes and canoes, one outdoor freshwater swimming pool, one children’s freshwater swimming pool, extensive gardens with walking paths, 2 tennis courts, beach volley-ball, mini golf, table tennis. Other amenities include sightseeing tours and Travel Information desk and Greek Night with live music.

Meeting Facilities

The meeting room at the Kernos Beach can cater up to 140 delegates and can be set to different styles of configuration while tables and chairs are arranged to delegate’s specifications. Audiovisual equipment can be arranged upon request. Furthermore, there is a Conference Services Desk, foyer – coffee break areas within the premises.Cocktail parties, Barbecues and Gala Dinners, each with entertainment arranged upon request can be set in exclusive and unique venues within the premises of the Hotel.
