"Attractive building and friendly staff. Very good breakfast area overlooking the town. Very good pool area with lots of sun beds and shade, but very cold pool. No real facilities for young children. A little far out of main town of Samos (30 min walk) for shopping etc but there were lots of restaurants and clubs nearer. There is a small peeble beach about 20 mins walk away down a very steep hill which is shared with several hotels so have to pay for sun beds. No other beaches nearby."

"Nice hotel in a scenic location. Rooms basic but adequate - they have seen better days (remember Balkan holidays in the 70s when you had to take your own sink and bath plugs). Terrific view of Samos Town from the balcony in room 102 but the down side was that it was over the terraced eating area and you had to endure noisy Brits and Dutch til 2 in the morning. Breakfast uninspiring especially the TCP masquerading as orange juice. Staff very helpful and obliging. Hotel is a steady long walk out of Samos Town not steep though (try living in Yorkshire). Steep is the short cut road down to Gangou beach. Walk into town is nice and easy and the taxi back only 3 euros. Enjoyable stay over all but not sure I'd go again."
Top Tip:
"If you want the real Greece walk up from the hotel past the sign to Nisi and have an evening meal at the Taverna to Kalami on Friday or Sunday for the live bazouki night. "Excellant service and restaurant at the hotel. The rooms were basic but adequate. The swimming pool was clean and never too busy or overcrowed. Very helpful reception and bar staff."

"The Ino Village was a lovely hotel with good facilities and very friendly staff. We loved staying there and were sad to leave! Our room was nice and clean; the cleaning staff came in every day and towels were changed every two days. Our shower was a little compact but otherwise all was okay. The breakfast was reasonable - not much variety - but good for stocking up on the day. We had one evening meal at the hotel which was very nice and good value for money. The hotel is a good walk out of Samos up a hill but is not as bad as some reviews make out. If you have a reasonable level of fitness you will cope with the walk easily. Someone with a disability might struggle though."
Top Tip:
"Get a hire car for your stay - it gives you the freedom to go around the island and visit all the fabulous beaches. We would recommend Klima Bay, Pythagorio and Balos Beach.
For a lovely meal or two, visit El Greco (on the waterfront in Samos) and The Steps. Fabulous food and great service in both venues."Ino Village Hotel check-in Date:

"We loved Samos a beautiful Island, the people are so very friendly and very helpful.
We had no problems with flights, accommodation or transfers.
We booked via the internet and all documents that were needed were sent though. We would highly recommend Travel Republic to anyone."Top Tip:

"It looked that the room had not been updated for long time. However, considering the price I paid, and the standard of the destination, I could not complain. The hotel staffs were very kind and helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable stay."

"Ino Village Hotel is family run Hotel which gives a caring service, it's location is about 10 minute walk fom the port in Samos Town, the down side is that's it's a uphill walk to the hotel, but it's worth it once you see the stunning views."

Hotel Details - Ino Village Hotel
The Ino Village Hotel offers a homely atmosphere with modern amenities and personal service.The charming Ino Village hotel complex is nestled at the foothill of a spectacular mountain backdrop, overlooking Samos town and fantastic panoramic sea views. Located at the north-east coast of Samos island in the privileged area of Samos town named Kalami area. Only 900 meters from Samos port with its quaint shops, traditional Greek taverns, lively bars, picturesque cafes and lively dancing clubs. Yet, only 450 meters from the famous Gangou Beach, makes Ino Village a wonderful locale from which to explore the island of Samos.
Accommodation
Comprised of 8 individual units, which contain 65 spacious rooms furnished in traditional Greek elegance with large balconies and amazing views. All of the rooms have a private bathroom, direct-dial telephone, automated wake up service and a spacious balcony with either a garden or mountain view. The Superior rooms also include air conditioning option, with individual controls, (upon supplement), music channels, in room safe deposit, television, mini-fridge and hair dryer with a shaving socket.
Food & Beverage
The hotel offers a buffet breakfast, a snack- bar with a wide variety of snacks, drinks, an A la Carte Restaurant Elea for lunch and dinner serving traditional yet contemporary Greek dishes on the romantic terrace with great views of the bay. (open mid May September). The Ino Bar provides refreshment in the evenings set within a lively atmosphere.
Facilities & Services
Facilities and services consists of a reception, with all its facilities including safe deposit boxes, postal and fax service, internet access, moped & car hire, information for daily trips around the island. A pool area with luxurious deck chairs, 2 lounges, 1 with a beautiful dining area, and the other with large screen satellite TV as well as a video and DVD. There is also free parking
