  • "Safe secure and very clean. Large apartment with good kitchen area and a proper fridge/freezer. Staff very friendly and respond well to thanks for the assistance they offer. You do need to ask for bus timetables and maps of area as it is located some way from shopping areas which to us was good. No alarm calls and if on an early tour (pre 8am departure) no way to hand in key to reception.
    The transfer to the airport was good but from was badly organised as we were left standing around (no seats) at the airport for one and a half hours before being taken to the minibus transfer therefore negating the relatively early flight arrival and arriving at the hotel past 12am when our plane landed at 9.10pm. Othewise an excellent holiday."

  • Top Tip:

    "The best beach was to the right of the small cliff-top church. The main beach is crowded and lots of sun loungers etc. Beware there are two ways to get to "better" beach. Along the top (turn right just before church, walk along cliff path) then down 80 steep steps, or, from the main beach a tunnel leads to the longer less crowded area. Key Club (now Terrace Club) restaurant very good (pay by weight of food. Sunday mostly traditional Portuguese style."

  • "Reception services in check-in very slow, plenty of people waiting up to half an hour, otherwise staff helpfull.
    Plenty of services offered.
    Restaurant is generally nice, apart from the breakfast, where the selection of food is very limited and repeating every day. Restaurant staff exeptionaly friendly, helpful and welcoming."

    "Senhora da Rocha is very nice. After a short walk it is possible to find several beaches, some of them are completely deserted.
    Area is perfect for people willing to do some cycling, especially in countryside. Great location for families and elderly as it is very quite with no disturbing night life.
    Even thouh there are no restaurants or bars around."

  • "We had a great time here great for families as there is no hustle and bustle, i would recommend a car here though because shops are a fair distance away.
    This is the relaxing holiday we was looking for.
    The rooms were fantastic we had a two bedroom apartment very clean and tidy, plenty of space even an ensuite bathroom. Huge balcony on the corner over looking the sea and beautiful views. The only negative things are no kettle (used a pan which is ok) but no oven or microwave so all the cooking was on the hob, and not enough sun loungers around pool i counted 11 in total. But that said rest of holiday made up for that. 8/10"

    "i found a nice secluded beach if you go down towards the sea and you reach a cliff face turn right go along the path until you reach a staircase and thats the way to the beach."

the hotel is situated along of one the most beautiful stretches of the coast, and has a fantastic scenery of one of the most beautiful and pleasant beaches in the Algarve having been awarded with a golden class award. Ideally located on one of most amazing sea costs of the region, where nature offer us unique scenarios with ragged cliffs and beautiful sea grottos. The calm warm and clear waters provides a good opportunity for the practice of water ski, wind-surf, sailing and deep sea diving.

Accommodation

The bedrooms are spacious, elegantly. The apartments are equipped with a bathroom, satellite television, balcony, safe deposit box (at a charge), telephone, laundry service, equipped kitchen including electric stove, fridge and all that is necessary for comfort. The electric toaster and coffee machine are available, upon request at the reception. The studios are placed in the ground floor and are equipped with sofa bed. The hotel offers studios, one bedroom apartment (photo example) and two bedroom apartment.

Food & Beverage

Guests can Begin the day by having a pleasant breakfast or with the traditional cup of tea, enjoy a good service and quality products, home-made cakes, ice-cream, ready baked bread and hot buns. At the terrace club restaurant guests can choose either a hot or cold meal. Portuguese traditional dishes and home-made desserts, guarantees the quality of the menu. There is a bar service at the pool area (during July until September) and guests can relax, listening nice music, have a light meal or a exotic cocktail.

Sports & Leisure

Sporting and leisure activities include an adult’s and children’s swimming pool, dinning room with cable television, children’s playground and internet. Football and volley ball activities are organized in the animation program.

Facilities & services

The facilities and services include reception (open from 08:00 until 24:00) with a spacious lounge, bed linen and towels are changed once a week, there is a laundry and housekeeping service four times a week (except public holidays), car parking and car rental is also available.

Located 350 mts from Senhora da Rocha beach, 500 mts from Cova Redonda beach, 2,5 klms from Armaçao de Pera beach and 700mts from the supermarket. Previous hotel name: Key Club Holidays.
