"well what can i say, i know you think that these are all made up but let me tell you that our hotel was fantastic, rooms are very clean and comfortable, food was really good, if you complain about the food there must be somthing wrong with you cos the choice at every sitting was great and somthing for everyone, staff are very friendly and are willing to help if you require anything, dat and night entertainment was for adults as well as kids and was a great way to meet new people, night entertainment was ok and was the only thing that they could probly improve, fantastic holiday and will have no problem going back"

"The hotel was fine, good selection of food and fruit with plenty of variety available for all - the poolside food could have been better though. My only grumble regarding the room was the shower - it was awful - there was no pressure at all and it kept changing from hot to cold which isn't ideal with a 9 year old. The water also poured out of the bottom of the shower and all over the floor making it very slippy - we used two handtowels each night mopping up the mess. The evening entertainment could have been better as we found it quite boring at times but was fine for the kids."

"The Hotel was recently refurbished and we would recommend it. The staff were very nice, the food very nice, the accommodation very nice, the weather not so nice, the entertainment was reasonable. All inclusive was very good. You didn't wait long to be served, there were no larger louts and you felt quite safe. We normally go away as a couple but this time took our grand-daughter 2 1/2 years, daughter and son in law and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definately go again with our grandaughter and family. Only one down side, the area around the childrens pools was quite dangerous once it got wet or when the children came out of the pool I would suggest they made the floor area safer as children did slip and you had to keep watching there every move."

"1st the positives: most staff was very obliging and the food and drinks was also available most of the day. weather was good and found it to be a relaxing holiday.
Negative: on arrival had to wait about 40 mins till room was ready, then on entry into the room the floor was dirty the tiolet had body hairs on it, luckily the maid trolley was still outside so i helped myself to the bruch and cleaning equoment, their were no cover on the settee, the bathroom ceiling had not got a loft cover and could see striaght outside. The Key to the door did not always work so had to go to reception alot of the time. Maid woke us up several times in a morning insisting that we was leaveing that day, this was on the sunday and we had only arrived that Thursday, we figured this is why our key was not always working think the hotel kept deactivating it. found 2 cockroaches in the room and then got snided with flying ants, staff was good and gave us some spray which cleared the problem. i understand that it is a fair size hotel and cannot always avoid insects, the thing i think ticked us off the most was that they kept insisting that we were going home on the wrong day also no entertainment what so ever at night despite the activity board saying diffrent, i think this hotel does a few ickupps and lacks organisation. A member of the party that came with us asked to be moved as they was not happy with the cockroaches and flying ants they were moved but when they sopke to the hotel manager regarding other issues he told them that they were the first couple ever to complain, i find this hard to believe. i am a manager myself and with the best will in the world you cannot pleased everyone and someone always has issues regardless how small.

"Lanzarote Bay Hotel has recently been completely refurbished to a very high standard. The rooms are very modern and nicely furnished. the whole complex has been carefully re designed and the food was excelant with a very wide choice at each meal time.
the evening entertainment relies a lot on audience participation on most nights although the nights when professional acts were on were very good. there was a wide age range at the hotel and all seem to have been catered for. in all it was a very enjoyable holiday and i would recommend it to friends who wanted a chill out holiday."

"very nice hotel staff very friendly nd helpfull, something going on everyday like aqua arobics erm shooting etc... childrens disco every nite wasnt that gud did about 15 mins of music then a game thats it, overall great hotel now the food for the 1st week of our stay the food was great the second we ended up eating out as we struggled and food for the kids next to nothing other than chips and my youngest 1 doesnt eat chips ."
