"As this was my first " all inclusive " holiday, wasn't really sure what to expect, but was pleasently suprised by the quality of food on offer as well as the alcohol!! Room was what you'd expect from a 3 star, basic , but everything you need. Bar staff where excellent & very friendly. Allthough off season ( as was reflected in the extremley cheap price) you can still find everything you need in San Antonio. If not big on the clubbing scene, would highly recomend going at this time of year( 2nd week of October)as the place is not overcrowded.Had a ball & will definatly go again."
Top Tip:

"Hotel rooms are very basic ask for three beds and they are all in a line like a military camp, however if all your using the room for is a bed and a shower then the rooms are great. The entertainment was brilliant!, animation team again brilliant, riffle shooting, mini golf, archery, volley ball and much more."

"go and see Albert the one man show at the bar next door to mar amantis 2 ( just turn right out the hotel and walk over the road) he is brilliant and will have you crying with laughter, advice for the gentlemen dont sit to close to the stage or he'll have you up and dressed in drag. The boat service to san antonio is great, the boat picks you up from the back of mar amantis 1 and takes you over to san antonio for just 2.50, walking over to san antonio is nice aswell."Mar Amantis I-II Hotel check-in Date:

"If all you want in your room is a bed, table, wardrobe, bathroom and t.v then this hotel is great. The entertainment was brilliant, especially the animation team the gentleman has you up all the time doing olympics, rifle shooting and such whilst the lady will entertain your children all day."

"a very well run hotel and restaurant right next to the beach, rooms are basic but well cleaned and towels swopped regularly, bathrooms spacious with large enough balconies."

"The hotel was nice and clean, the a/inc drinks & snacks were spot on, however the food was pretty poor, but for the price we paid, we couldnt complain as we more than made our money back on the drinks. There is plenty of restaurants near by anyway. The pools were nice, and the staff friendly. Only had one major problem whilst there, the hotel is very noisy on a night. People seem to think just cos their in Ibiza every hotel is to be treat like your in the west end, having no consideration for young children sleeping and the night time staff didnt seem to care less. The doors are sturdy doors but they dont half make a racket when closed which can be heard right along the corridoors. I'm no party pooper, but the noise was ridiculously loud from residents partying all night & day and the doors slamming. A quick fix could be employed by the hotel, put rubber seals on the doors & have night time staff be more helpful in asking people to keep quiet which i've seen in every other hotel i've stayed in. (These were suggested to the staff, doubt anything will be done however)"

"The Bucanero was an all night place to be, if you were starting your night out it was a good stop, with an top name DJ's & nights doing pre parties there. Also next door was an irish pub with live music on most nights. If you'd had enough of the clubs or expensive west end, then this was another good stop off, open til 6am. A great restaurant was a quaint little one called castelo on the corner near the Hotel Bergantin. Quality food! If its value for money you want then visit Jackie Browns which is opposite the Hotel Nautilus, 2 course meal for 15euros. Very nice too."Mar Amantis I-II Hotel check-in Date:

"This was a great family hotel. The food was amazing and so were the lovely views of San Antonio Bay. Would stay there again. Usual sunbed bagging with towels and lifts were out of order a lot but this did not bother us."

"I think the hotel maramantis was clean,the food was good,had a good bar, the staff was exelent and well mannerd.there was a good choice of bars near by and a ferry boat that took you around the island.the beach was a 1 minute walk away and good water sports.it was a great choice of holiday going to ibiza, and i would definately go back there again in the future."

"On arrival we we sent with at least 6 other families to the Hotel Bergantin a few streets away. The hotel Bergantin was as good as the Mar Amantis though some of the staff were surly and one pushed my son away for asking for a drink of water after 11.00pm! The rooms were fine but the beds were just straightned not made, the floor had bits left on it after cleaning. The pools were great though and if you only used the room for sleeping they were fine. The food was boring and not much veggie options so we ate out about 6 times. (not big chip eaters in our family), though breakfast was brilliant. I would not stay here again as I have stayed at many other places on the island but wanted to try San Antonio for my children who are teenagers now. We had a great time but we hired a car and went out and about and saw friends etc."
Top Tip:
"Yate restaurant at the very end of San Antonio port area beside the small car park, the food was excellent but a bit pricy but well worth it after the hotel food and also there are restaurants along the main street if you go past the mini golf. they are up above the street and four different types serve alll in one area so some can hace italian whilst others can have indian, a steak or chinese and still sit at the same table."Mar Amantis I-II Hotel check-in Date:

"We asked for sea view but unless ur spanish or german u wont get it. food was verry good, could have been bit hotter at times, rooms clean and staff friendly accept for mr bean as we called him, u needed to be young girl and about 20 to get a smile from him allthough as I said he looked like mr bean. barr clossed prompt at 11pm for all inc and couldent get u out quick enough and moaned if u had few drinks on table. not worth all inc. get rid of mr bean."

"Ideal location especially as taxi boat stops directly outside hotel to take you to most places on the island. Tried out some fantastic beaches for only 8 euro return and only 4 Euro to San Antonio.
Very clean room service with clean towels every day.
Food was good a choice of meat, fish or veggie option at every meal time had carvery, paella, curries, various salads etc, breakfast full english everyday or continental.
The only bad point to this hotel was the drinks the staff pour them so strong they aren't drinkable as you only get a small plastic cup each time and very strict on 2 drinks per person which can be inconvient if your going to the bar for your party of 4. Some staff really pleasant and friendly but in particular the outside barman is creepy and obnoxious. Sometimes you get the feeling they dont like handing over the drinks for free even though by rights you have paid for them in with the cost of your holiday bit of a strange attitude. But all round a plesaant stay!"Top Tip:
"Try Calla bassa beach only 8 Euro's in the taxi boat from hotel lovely beach!
And if your hungry after a night of drinking a little walk up from the hotel is a chinese restaurant that stays open until 2am but sells spring rolls to die for!!!
