"A well organised, clean and well kept hotel. Two or three professional shows per week on an evening otherwise the hotel entertainment team which are pretty poor. Room booked for four is a three bed room with an extra bed pushed in making the room too small, but would be ok for three. Food is Ok with two or three theme nights per week but most of our party suffered from a stomach illness at some point. Hotel is situated overlooking the bay which is fantasic and the beach can be accessed straight from the pool area. Pool is split into three areas of different depths which is good and is well maintained. Lots of nationalities stay here, germans, polish, french, belgiums etc etc so be prepared. The entertainment team take forever with their quizzes and bingo etc due to speaking in all the different languages. The staff are really helpful though. "

"Although hotel was clean and friendly, rooms were very basic. There were no power points in bedroom, with only a saving point in the bathroom. There was no hairdryer and when I asked the hotel if I could borrow one it took three days of continuous asking before one was provided. No towels for the swimming pool were provided although we were all inclusive."

"The hotel is in a great position right on the beach & in easy reach of shops, restaurants & bars. Due to a change in flight I had added an extra nights stay to our holiday proir to travelling.On arrival the wrong dates were still on our booking. It took 5 trips to reception to confirm we had an extra days stay! The staff were not as friendly as we have found them on previous visits to other parts of Ibiza. The sunbeds around the pool are really crammed in, with absolutely no space between them. You can find yourself laying very close to a complete stranger!! The outside pool area was locked up in the evening & not opened until 8.30 each morning. We were amazed to see a queue forming each morning to put towels out on the sunbeds!!The beach is a great option although sunbeds are charged at 4 euros each, but worth it. We stayed on a half board basis. The food was good but repetitive, but always something we liked to eat. All in all we had a good holiday. I would return to Es Cana, but not rush back to the Miami."

"My only bad comment really is about the pool which could do with a hand rail around it as it is so deep and trying to hold onto the sides hurt your hands so everybody congregated around the steps. Santa Eulalia a nice place to visit by boat. The Transport to and from the hotel was excellent. My children were too old for the kids club at the hotel but there seemed to be plenty going off. There was also entertainment each night at the hotel. "

"The Hotel I thought was a good Holiday base, the only criticism I would level against it would be the lack of Sombereos for shade available to Guests around the Pool area, and the space to gain access to the Pool Bar areas, as the Sun Beds were virtually on Top Of each other, we had our Holiday in June, what it would be like in July and August I shudder to think! "

"Hotel was very clean and food was very good we stayed all inclusive and there was always a good variety of food for both adults and children. The beach was just through a gate at the far side of the pool it was good because we could come in for lunch and be out again as soon as we finished. "There should be more choice of English speaking TV channels. There were only 3 on the TV in our room. and 1 of them was CBeebies kids channel. The cost of the safety deposit box is a joke ! The hotel is responsible for your safety and the safety of your valuables, Safety deposit boxes should be FREE of charge. We were charged 1.95 euros for a small bottle of water with our evening meal. Do you realise that makes the water in the hotel more expensive that petrol in the UK ! The hotel is clean and well maintained, The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only other thing to say is, If you enjoy good food eat out because the food in the hotel is very basic. "

"In general the hotel was good, rooms were cleaned every date by pleasant staff, all public areas were spotless. Rooms were of reasonable size as was the bathroom (with full size bath). Downside was the food which started off good at the begining of the holiday but steadily went down, there were 2 themed nights - Chinese? and Mexican? both were poor. We were all inclusive but were unable to find any snacks available at any time. There are 3 bars in the hotel but only 1 was opened at a time the first 2 nights the main inside bar was opened (due to poor weather) after that the outdoor bar was opened but due to the time of year (October) it became quite cold outside so wasn,t ideal. The evening entertainment was average with the parrot show being the best. Staff were pleasant and the bar staff worked very hard to try and keep the queues to a minimum. Would I go again - yes but not on an all inclusive basis which I found was of poor quali
