"THE FOOD WAS THE MOST DIGUSTING I HAVE EVER SEEN,IT WAS UNEATABLE AND COLD(MICROWAVE AT THE END OF THE BUFFET TO WARM YOUR FOOD UP!!!!!)TABLES IN BAR AREAS A MESS AND NOT CLEARED ALL DAY.STAIR CARPET WAS THREAD BARE FROM THE MAIN RECEPTION AREA AND AS YOU GO FURTHER UP IT HAS HOLES IN AND HAS BEEN STAPLED TOGETHER AND VERY DIRTY.THE ROOM WAS LIKE SOMETHING FROM A 1960'S CARRY ON FILM (VERY OUTDATED)AND INFACT THE WHOLE HOTEL SEEMS LIKE IT HAS BEEN SHUT FOR 40 YEARS AND HAS JUST RE OPENED WITHOUT BEING REFURBISHED.BAR STAFF IN THE OUTSIDE POOL AREA LOOK SO MISERABLE AND ARE FOUND TO BE VERY RUDE TO THE CUSTOMERS.ONE DAY WAS MORE THAN ENOUGH FOR US AND WE CALLED THE AGENT TO MOVE US TO OTHER ACCOMODATION AND THEY DID.OH YES AND THE FARM YARD NEXT DOOR,THE CROWING STARTS AROUND 5 IN THE MORNING SO YOU DONT GET TOO MUCH OF A LIE IN!!!!"

"Very disappointed, this is our second visit to the Natilus. Good selection of food, such a pit it was cold. Rooms very clean, just could not have a hot shower as most of the time ther was no hot water. We have never been to an all inclusive hotel that served evening drink in plactic coke cups.There were rooms broken into, also very noisy, because security was none existant.
Hotel looks very tried looking and is badly in need of a refurb.
This should not be four star rated."

"Decor was not what you would expect from five star hotel but everything else was amazing, staff were incedibly friendly and did whatever they could to help us out, being three young girls there to party we weren't treated like a nuisance at all and frequently had our friends visit which the hotel was fine with. Food buffet was amazing such variety and fresh food was great and definatel more than worht the money we paid."

"hello there me and my partner arrived at 4.00am at the hotel, the receptionest told us there was no room intill midday. we got our room only to find it was not cleaned rubish every where, tryed to explane to the receptionest he just said go to the next hotel if i didnt like it!.in the end i got another room and it was fine.
The cleaning maids let people into your room if somebody was knocking for long i.e if your not in could be anybody!. the food and drinks are ok depending on your tastes.
there was hardly any entertainment. the best bits are its close to the beach,bars and resturants about 20min walk into the bay."

"The hotel was terrible. The light on the balcony was not there but three exposed wires.The food was cold and after several complaints by other guests after three days they eventually warmed the plates. The tables near the pool were filthy. The handrail into the pool was held together with sellotape. The drains smelled and to walk through the bar in a morning to get to the pool or beach also smelled of sewers. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, I would not even give it 1 star. The carpet on the stairs was threadbare and dirty, in 4 days there was the same rubbish on the stairs so I presume they were never hoovered. I would advise that this hotel is avoided at all costs.Some guests were expecting entertainment, there wasn't any. We did not unpack our clothes as the wardrobes smelled,other guests agreed"

"Firstly, don't be fooled, this hotel should not be classed as four star! In fact even 3 star is pushing it! I can honestly say the food is disgusting and in fact became a holiday joke of how vile can lunch/dinner be today. The salads were fine but give the rest of it a miss. We ended up eating out most of the time. The only bonus of this all inclusive hotel was the free drinks. AND BEWARE....they are very strong!
Having said all of this, the rooms were clean and the maids came every day. The whole hotel needs updating however as its looking fairly shabby."

"If you're expecting this hotel to meet the standard of 4 star you will be hugely disapointed! Its about a 2/3 I would say. Its tired, needs mondernising, the chef needs to be sacked immediately as the food is disgusting.
However its in a nice location right on the beach. The steps from the pool bar lead right down to the sand so you almost feel like its your own private beach.
If this hotel had a cash injection it could be lovely. As it is, I would never go back there again!"

"I'll start with the good points! The location of the hotel is great. Its right on its own beach, far enough away from the West End to avoid the noise but close enough to take the pleasant 20 minute stroll in if you wish. There's a water taxi literally on the doorstep which costs €2.50 each and takes you right to San Antonio in about 5 mins.
Drinks and snacks are available from 11am every day. The alcohol measures are extremely strong...be warned!! The rooms are clean and the bed are comfortable and as long as you are on the right hand side of the hotel its extremely quiet. If you overlook the left side you will be kept awake day and night by the cockrels!!
Now for the bad points.....the food is terrible! You don't know what you're eating as the meat is labelled "meat" and the fish is labelled "fish". Its a guessing game as to which variety it may be!! I was part of a group of 11 people and we were all agreed that we had never eated food so bad. We ended up eating out for almost every meal.
The hotel needs some serious money spending on it. I can't imagine its been updated since it was built.
All in all, if you haven't paid much for the hotel its an ok place to sleep and take advantage of the free drinks, other than that I would go somewhere else!!"

"The Hotel Nautilus in San Antonio was a bit disappointing. It is no more than a 2 star hotel although we did have a lovely 5 days there it was mainly down to the location as it is right on the beach where we spent most of our time. The food was ok and the restaurant clean. The pool was cold and not child friendly as it was very deep. There was no entertainment in the hotel and no animation team. There were plently of people staying there who were clubbing and sleeping in the foyer in the morning. this meant the pool area in the day was very quiet so you were always able to get a sunbed. It could be a lovely hotel if it was not left to become so run down."

"Whilst I agree this is not a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. It is however clean and right on the beach. Contrary to other reports I found the staff chearfull and helpful. If you get it as a last minute bargain then it is absolutely fine. All inclusive drinks good , food bland but ok for breakfast and lunch - eat over the road for dinner - which is only 11 Euros for 2 courses."

"4 STAR NO 2 STAR YES YOU HAVE TO SET YOUR OWN TABLES FOR EVERY MEAL NO ENTERTAINMENT WHAT SO EVER FOR CHILDREN, NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN FOOD WAS 2 STAR STANDERED PLASTIC GLASSES AT NIGHT TIME IN BAR PESTERED BY AFRICAN PEOPLE EVERY DAY AROUND THE POOL AREA SELLING SUN GLASSES ECT AND DRUGS NO LIFE GUARD BY POOL PEOPLE JUST WALKING OFF THE BEACH WHO ARE NOT STOPPING AT OUR HOTEL AND USING THE POOL / TOILETS AND HELPING THEM SELVES TO DRINK AND POOL SIDE SNACKS AND TAKING THEM BACK TO THE BEACH ALL THIS I WROTE DOWN AND PASSED IT ON TO THE RECEPTION STAFF AND ASKED THEM TO PASS IT ON TO THE MANAGER BESIDES THAT WE HAD A LOVLEY HOLIDAY APART FROM THE £1470 IT COST ME Oh WELL BETER LUCK NEXT YEAR . I FOGOT TO MENTION THE GAME ROOM CARPET WHICH IS ALL RIPPRD AND TORN WITH BIG PATCHES MISSING NEEDS REPLACING."

"I recently stayed at the Nautilus for ten days and it was the worse holiday I have ever had. If your'e thinking about booking DON'T. The hotel was plagued by drunken stag groups who fought,screamed obscenities and took drugs by the poolside in front of children and other holiday makers. Room doors were kicked in and fire extinguishers were let off at other guests by these thugs. As one group left another arrived and so the nightmare continued. They behaved like the worse type of football hooligans. Myself and other guests complained to the management but they did NOTHING. To make matters worse two large groups of teenage yobs arrived. They ran amoc through the hotel in the early hours of the morning after booze and drug fuelled nights out and smashed their rooms up. The way these thugs behaved made me feel ashamed to be British. No wonder we as a nation have such a poor reputation abroad.The Nautilus is certainly not a four star more like a dated two star. I would never stay at this hotel again!"

"The hotel was definetly not a four star! The food was limited and the rooms were very dated. All room keys fit all so anyone could get into your room at anytime which wasn't a nice thought when trying to relax. Overall i wouldn't reccommend!"

"The hotel staff were very rude and arragant and seemed to have a problem with the english.even though we had paper work to say we had reservations for the hotel, on our arrival we were told we were not booked in!! and the man on reception then proceeded to curse us in spanish! The food was poor. when i booked the holiday i specifically asked for air conditioning, the hotel did have it but it did not work in our room and we asked consitantly to have it fixed to no avail. There was no entertainment in the evening and as this was an all inclusive holiday it would of helped!! after over hearing someone else complaining to thier holiday rep we heard her tell them that the manager of the hotel was running it down due to him concentrating on his other 3 hotels on the island.
we made our holiday, not the hotel"

"As always the hotel Nautilus Ibiza was great. The rooms are spacious (especially since they gave me a twin room instead of the single room ordered) and the maids make up the room everyday. Hotel Nautilus has a mixture of families and a younger crowd visiting and the swimming pool backs right out onto San Antonio bay beach where you can hire sun loungers etc. The all inclusive food is mostly similar each day (a lot of fish of some kind) but you can usually find something that you can eat at each of the three included sit down meals. They also provide burgers, hot dogs and snacks at the pool bar all day as well as the beer and local spirits."

"arrived at hotel at 5am 31/5/2008 to be told i had no booking for hotel room, had to sleep on a sofa in reception till 8am till the manager arrived for work so wasnt best pleased about the hotel, its not a 4* hotel but a 2*+ hotel,will use travelrepublic again as i find it cheap and easy to use."
