"Staff at Reception were consistently polite, cheerful and helpful. Lifts were very small. There were flies around the breakfast bar which were landing on the food on one morning - not very appetising. Toiletries in bathroom not renewed as often as I would expect. The soap bar was a mere slither before a fresh bar was given. We took the heavy bed cover off our bed and put it on a chair in the room. It was left there, untouched, when the room was made up. I would have expected staff either to put it back on the bed or to fold it and leave it neatly. Anyone wanting an afternoon siesta might find that difficult if they had a room that faced the pool, rather than the street, with the noise of children splashing and shouting with pleasure. (That wasn't a problem for us.)"
"It was impossible to park within 1km of the hotel, without risk of being towed away and was even difficult to pull up outside, to drop off our luggage, without blocking the traffic."
"The hotel has good, comfortable public areas. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Linen was changed each day. The restaurant serves an excellent breakfast and there is a good-value, good-quality, but not exciting buffet in the evenings. There is a huge number of local restaurants nearby. The hotel is well-placed for visiting everything on foot. Travel on the local buses is simple and straightforward. Rhodes Town is a shopper's paradise - leather, jewelry and the usual tourist goods in the old town, all kinds of shops including designer ready to wear in the new town."
