  • "The hotel is an average 3-star hotel. Service was up to standard. Room was clean (every day), although window couldn't open, so was a bit stuffy. Downside of the hotel was the noise level both in and outside the hotel (especially in the weekend, because there are a lot of bars/clubs around). Also, if you're looking for an atmospheric hotel go someplace else (or if you want breakfast, because they don't serve it). All in all a good hotel in terms of (bath)rooms and service, but not so good in terms of noise and style/atmosphere. "

    "Within a 5-10 min walk from the hotel (also on Granville street) is a great Japanese restaurant called Kitto. Very cheap and excellent quality. "

The hotel was built in 1906 and was renovated in 2003. It consists of a total of 116 rooms on 7 floors, of which 5 are suites. The inviting lobby houses a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange, and lifts. The fully air-conditioned hotel also has a newspaper stand, a bar, and a restaurant with a non-smoking area serving a range of delicious dishes. Further amenities include a conference room, public Internet access with WLAN, and a bicycle storage facility. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park (for an additional fee).
