"The hotel is on a short but very steep hill, it may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties. The hotel is very clean and the towels and bedding are changed often. The food is very good and the staff are friendly and helpfull. This is our second visit to this hotel and would go back again. "
Top Tip:
"There are a number of bars and eating places in the village (at the bottom of the hill) you can also catch a bus from the village to other resorts, the beach is a good 20 mins walk where you will find sunloungers and watersports etc. "

Rodos Star is a friendly and elegant hotel, surrounded by beautiful gardens, situated on a small hill overlooking the Mediterranean and village of Afandou, 15 minutes walk to the beach, alternatively guests can take a ride on the local train from the village to the beach. The resorts centre is only 5 minutes away. The 18 hole Afandou Golf Course is just 1 km away, while the city of Rhodes is just 20km north. Rodos Star is an impressivonal property offering a warm and efficient service.

Accommodation

The hotel offers 44 spacious and stylishly furnished rooms, all rooms are equipped with direct dial telephone, air conditioning (local charge), private bathroom, shower, WC and hair dryer.

Food & Beverage

Nectar exclusive restaurant serving a variety of Greek and international dishes. Orfeas cocktail bar serves a variety of beverages, extending a warm atmosphere inside or alternatively out onto the veranda. Poolside snack bar serving refreshing cocktails, drinks and light snacks.

Freshwater swimming pool, childrens pool, sun beds and parasols provided, golf lessons available with a PGA qualified golf professional (discount 30% for hotel guests), video games, pool table, day and evening recreation, live music evenings, folklore, karaoke and bingo.
