"This holiday was booked for my parents silver wedding anniversary and they had a great time... great staff so helpful and friendly... food fantastic variety and choice... would highly recommend and hoping to return next year... a great hotel .
Flights - fantastic - arrived 30 mins early and returned 20 mins early - efficient and friendly..
a2b transfers - great value considering the distance from the airport to resort... fab!

"coulden fault the hotel lovely very clean ,
the only thing i would say is they dont cater for the english,
beach was only across the road,
shop,s were very good cig,s were only 18.95 euro,s 200,"Top Tip:

"The travel and the hotel were excellent, the beach was close by and fantastic, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants. The only complaint was that the maid nicked some clothes from our room."

"The Hotel was lovely but not used by English people, we were the only English people there, this did not bother us but could be very intimidating for couples. The swimming pool was 6ft deep all over, definately not child friendly and the childrens paddling pool was very small, took about 5-6 children at a push, fortunately our 5 year old can swim else this would have spoiled the holiday, There was no air conditioning in the rooms just a ceiling fan in the bedroom which meant very hot and sticky nights. I would not reccommend this hotels to English clients, the majority of the hotel staff were superb but some were downright rude for no reason apart from they felt they could be to us. We upgraded to fully inclusive as few restaurants nearby but all inclusive was an excellent choice and was very reasonable. Our rooms had a sea view too which was an unexpected bonus."
Top Tip:
"The Beach was excellent, the safety aspect was excellent with two lifeguards on duty at all times and they enforced the safety if neccessary. Lovely and clean beach, sun loungers were a very good price. There is a small zoo which is worth a visit."Sunrise Jandia Resort Hotel check-in Date:

"Very friendly hotel well positioned for all local amenities and a 10 minute stroll to stunning golden beaches."

"A short 20 minute stroll along the front to the restaurants in front of the beach (to the right of the lighthouse) in Morro Jable old town is well worth it for the fantastic quality, great value food on offer.

"The hotel was lovely and the kids club was great and kept the kids amused twice and day with an evening mini disco. The only negative part is that the drinks are expensive if you aren't all inclusive and if you are vegetarian then you will struggle to eat in the restaurant."

"excellent housemaids in the hotel they were unobtrusive and left little personal touches after cleaning the rooms."

"if you want an excellent spanish restaurant go to Don Pedro's its about a quarter of an hour walk along the beach where the foreshore road heads up into town, just outside the entrance to a shopping arcade (on the land side). "Cleaners were very good tidying up the room, they would even fold all your clothes away! Complex was a bit too big with lots of stairs and only one lift working. Would not recommend all inclusive. Beach is lovely. Weather was excellent 30 degrees every day, with a nice breeze. All in all a great holiday."

"The room was in an excellent location on the complex and was kept very clean. One drawback was the towels were well worn and entertainment in the evening was low key and a bit non-existent. Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will return."

"The hotel was clean and the staff were very nice. The food was a little boring ( the same food day after day) but there was always lots of it. We really missed air conditioning and the fact that the Hotel didnt change travellers cheques were the only 2 faults that stopped me marking this Hotel as excellent.
The Hotel entertainment was very good especailly for the younger children, even though we didnt take young children. One week would have been great because there wasnt much for the teenagers that we took with to do."Top Tip:

"We were pretty much the only English Family at the hotel, the remainder being mainly German. However, this meant that the food was of a very high standard, the hotel was very clean and welcoming. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The only problem was ordering hot drinks in the evenings, which inevitably turned out to be "white coffee" no matter what you ordered! Mind you, you could have any drink you could imagine including local Cava's and Sparkling Wine's, spirits etc. The Food was so plentiful we've all put on huge amounts of weight. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner (All Inclusive) and then inbetween an array of snacks at the Pool bar ranging from cakes and sandwiches, to burgers and hotdogs, icecreams and sweets! We were very impressed. There's also a fantastic massage and beautician service, with a qualified physiotherapist who is also a trained osteopath and trained beautician. Very reasonably priced!"
Top Tip:
"The hotel is not as isolated as we had thought. There's a selection of tourist shops nearby. If you like animals and birds especially, there is a tiny zoo about 100 metres from the Hotel which used to be the Canaris, but has been taken over very recently and is being built up now. We also saw Parrots and parakeets flying free and nesting in trees near the hotel. The mini zoo is well worth a visit and the MUST of the holiday has to be Oasis Park just up the road about twenty minutes. You can get a bus or hire a car as we did. Do the Camel Safari!
