"it wasnt to far from the beach, but it was at the top of two steep hills. older people would find it a strugle. it was about a 15 min walk to the beech, up hill on the way back.rooms kept clean and tidy,"

"Whilst the bungalows are basic they are very spacious, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. cleaners came in almost every day. secure complex."

"excellent holiday. we were a party of 8 people in 2 very large appartments. basic but clean. superb staff, helpful and friendly. good entertainment but quiet after midnight. great for families with children. would go again!"

"We have stayed here twice now.Last year we stayed in a 1 bedroom appartment which was clean spacious and comfortable. This year we stayed in a studio which was smaller and in our opinion in need of an update. The light fittings in the bathroom were coming away from the ceiling and walls. The beds were very uncomfortable and creaked every time you moved. The patio area was very scruffy, the chairs and sunloungers very old and mismatched, and there were lots of cigarette butts in the soil.Having said all this, the cleaners come every other dayto clean and change towels and bedding.It did not spoil our holiday, we just think they need to be updated.We will probably return next year and will choose to stay in a one bedroom apartment again."

"GREAT LOCATION EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS CLOSE BY.BASIC AND DATED BUT VERY CLEAN.THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND NOTHING IS TOO MUCH TROUBLE.WE DID ASK TO BE LOCATED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE COMPLEX AS MY HUSBAND HAS WALKING DIFFICULTIES WE WERE ACTUALLY LOCATED AT THE VERY BACK,BUT THERE ARE PLENTY OF RAMPS AND WE MANAGED WITHOUT DIFFICULTY.WE WILL BE GOING BACK TO TINERFE GARDENS AND ARE PLANNING TO TAKE THE WHOLE FAMILY NEXT TIME."

"cheap and cheerfull,apartments are in need of being upgraded,but if like us you only use it to sleep in then they are ideal.Rooms cleaned every other day.Good size pool with a great pool side bar.Location was great close to beach,bars,restaurants,supermarket and the water park"

"Ideal location if your looking for a quiet relaxing holiday, thought it is only a mile or so away from the busy parts of Las Americas. The apartment was rated as a 2 star but we loved it. It was spacious, always kept clean and had all the electrical goods needed...fridge, oven, toaster, kettle etc. The Tinerfe Garden staff were very friendly and we couldn't speak any higher of them. My girlfriend and I are both in our early 20's and we thought the location was great if u need a chill out holiday!!"
Top Tip:
"The nearest beach was around a 5-10 minute walk away. It was fairly small and also fairly quiet. It was clean and we certainly enjoyed lazing around on it! There are several excellent restaurants and bars nearby, you should definitely try Harleys which is only a minute or 2 away from Tinerfe Gardens. If your feeling adventurous try heading down towards Fanabe, if you wander along the beach you will find a bar that is candle lit at night. You get to sit on reclining chairs right on the beach, it is so relaxing with the waves almost touching your feet. "When my boyfriend and I arrived at the apartments we were pleasantly suprised. It was really nice although basic and the pool was a good size and very clean. There are
lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Also, Playa La Pinta beach was really close, only a 5 minute walk. I would recommend the apartments to couples and young people as it provides quiet days and a great night life."Top Tip:

"This is the second time we stayed at the Tinerfe Garden Apartments and they were just as we remembered them. The apartments were good, complete with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable holiday. The apartments were very clean, and the maids came in almost every day to either change the beds or the towels, which was very good.
The reception was also very good, they offer allsorts of services you would normally expect from any higher class hotel, as well as security throughout the night.
The location was great, plenty to do in the local area, plenty of lovely resteraunts or if you like the evening a little more lively, you have one or two busier places too, even thought there were busier bars in the area, the noise was rather minimum when passing which was good. The apartments also have 2 bars, a pool bar during the day which serves drinks & snacks and the Garden Bar in the evening which was very cheap, especially in happy hour.
The only down side to these apartments would be for the elderly, some of the rooms are situated at the top if a steep incline therefore I would highly recommend asking for room in the bottom section of the apartments, these rooms are ideal.
The location of the apartments is a great base to explore other parts of the island, with plenty of local bus services as well as your trips with arranged transport, the local port (Porto Colon) is also only a short stroll away too.
Overall this is a great part of Tenerife and the apartments are great too, this area is suitable for everyone and I would highly recommend it for any age group.

"Just a minutes walk (if that!) from these apartments there is a great resteraunt called "Chaplins", it is Spanish run and they serve excellent food, expecially the steaks, cooked to perfection! "Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, location perfect .The apartments do need a little TLC though . They were lovely and clean but basic. We had clean towels daily and the beds were changed 3 times in ten days.The staff were always very helpful and cheerful. The Garden Bar was good to go to and the barman Mick was a good laugh."

"This is a well run budget establishment
In terms of value for money cannot be faulted and although the accomadation is a little dated it is well maintained and fully acceptable
We had a blocked toilet durng our stay the response was impressive and repairs made without any fuss
Beds were changed 3 times,towels daily
