"apartments were first class .only problem was you had to leave a 200 euro deposit which they send back to you in the uk."

"Apartments are first class. Everything you need is there. Washing machine is a great bonus with the lower luggage allowance. Reception brilliant (although only part-time).
Only slight drawback was the noise from the clubs to the side of the apartments (Beachcomber, Bahamas. Lennons) They did not shut until 7.00 in the morning.
We also stayed at these apartments last October but did not find the noise outside such a problem. Different age groups in October from May. Too many Stags and Hens in May.
We would certainly go back to these apartments. We are in our 60's and have been going to Benidorm for over 20 years and these for location , even allowing for the noise at night, facilities and comfort are the best we have found.
Minor Gripes:- Towels are hopeless. We would also like Sky News or other English channels, only Eurosport or True Movies sometime in English."Top Tip:

"We really enjoyed our stay in Benidorm and the room was above standard. There was one issue which was when we arrived to our hotel there was no-one on reception untill the monday morning and we arrived on saturday night we had no key for our room untill we noticed a very small sign on the door explaining where to pick your key up, i would appreciate this if it was made bigger as when other guests arrive they may end up in our situation untill reading this small print on the wall. Apart from that it was a great holiday!!!!!"

"apartments were fine, by the square so expect some noise. The reception is only open in the morning, so bear that in mind when checking in. I had to trapse round late on sunday night to find the alpha apartments, to get our keys to our room! But when all said and done they are a good location to enjoy benidorm from."
