"The hotel was very nice and directly on the beach, which seems rare for Alcudia. The only thing i would say it was full of Germans and Scandanavians and we were the only English family there, this was not a problem to us however.

Excellent evening entertainment expecially for the kids, superb kids pool area and nice relaxation area for the adults if required, good food and freindly staff.

would recommend the hotel"

"The hotel is particularly well suited to families with young children. The children's pool with its pirate ship and range of slides was the absolute highlight for our 5yo and 3yo...followed closely by the hotel's own super-hero, Bufo! The hotel's location, right next to a Blue Flag beach is also appealing.

The whole hotel is very clean (although rooms are only cleaned 5 days out of 7) and all the staff were extremely pleasant and efficient - particularly the staff on the reception desk. Even in late August, there were sufficient sunbeds around the main pool for everyone who wanted them. The hotel cleintele is mixed European with no one nationality dominating.

My only small gripe would be that most of the rooms are within earshot of the area which is host to the evening enterntainment. Although this finished promptly by 10.30pm every night, it was loud up to that time which can make it difficult to settle young children to sleep once the children's entertainment finishes at 9pm."

"The Hotel was very over rated and overpriced, 2* would be my rating. My wife and I wanted a quiet holiday and unfortunatley got a place full of toddlers that were very noisey and poor maners and behaviour. The apartment itself was tatty furnishings were damaged and badly repaired. 2 rings for cooking if they were needed, no toaster, kettle or grill. The rooms were small and not what we expected. The entertainment was 100% for children and for a family was I suppose ideal. It is in an expensive area with nothing to do. We hired a car $300 all in fuel, ins and car which was the same price as a transfer across the island thisgave us the freedom to move around, the market is Alcudia Tuesday, Pollensa on Wednesday. We went into Alcudia a few evenings where I sat by the harbour reading the paper and having a few beers and also Ca'an Picaforte the other direction was similar the other evenings whilst my wife wandered the shops.
We decided that it had been the worst and one of the most expensive holidays we've ever had.
We are in our late 50's."
