“ the hotel was fine as long as you got a view which we booked but did not get without upgrading at a cost. customer service and food left alot to be desired, no real shop to purchase bits as our case our luggage got left behind. no possible late check out even though we asked all week had to wash my own hair at hairdressers as she did not bring shampoo would not return
