The rooms were a good size but unfortunately the beds were awful. I have never stop in a bed that was so uncomfortable in my life. It was that bad that both myself and my Husband were contemplating leaving at 4am as it was that bad
Well-positioned for city centre. We received excellent service from the front desk when we arrived. Room and breakfast as expected.
very nice service and staff would go again
Basic but good city centre hotel. Good for business travel or site seeing. Good complementary breakfast.
Alley cafe, world service restaurant, coco tang bar - all excellent, with friendly staff.
Breakfast was very poor. No restaurant for evening meal - would have liked the option to have eaten in the hotel. Only food they could offer was by take-away only.
Hotel was very easy to find, close to all amenities, clean and tidy, only problem that i found was the breafast,i do not consider sausage and scrambled egg constitutes a hot breakfast!!, when i asked reception about this i was informed, this is what they do at a weekend, but have a full english breakfast during the week!! best to stay during the week then as you pay more for less at the weekend
Nice conmfortable hotel and really clean in all areas, bathroom lovely.
2 minute walk from all entertainment and eating places and Royal Theatres.

reception couldnt find my booking at first and another member of staff had to help out, then when it was found a double was reserved when we had booked a twin, however the hotel did give us another room so we had a bed each.
