The hotel is located in the popular family resort of Tsilivi, 4km due north of Zakynthos town. All rooms are spacious and decorated in a modern fashion, they are fresh and breezy with balconies overlooking the surrounding area. It is a cluster of 2 storey maisonette style buildings in the popular ochre earth colour scheme of the Ionian, there is also a separate area where the self catering studios and the more exclusive villas are located within the same complex. The hotel is a modern and family hotel and its installations are very modern and luxurious, offering every service guests may need. With a total of 100 guest rooms, the establishment features a 24-hour reception, currency exchange facilities, a TV lounge, children's playground, bar and a restaurant. For an additional fee guests may make use of the wireless Internet access. Those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the car park.

Plessas Studios are located in a quiet area of the popular cosmopolitan resort of Tsilivi. This resort is fantastic for all ages and has some good traditional tavernas, various shops, bars and much more. The friendly owners Angela and Dennis have years of experience and many repeat customers that return year after year. They will be happy to help or assist you with anything you may need while staying at their studios from hiring a car to information about the island.

We are a small family run apartment complex with swimming pool and snackbar in the heart of Tsilivi, set in beautiful Olive groves overlooking the Ionion Sea, we are 5 minutes walk from the European blue flagged beach and two minutes walk from all the shops bars and taverna's. All rooms are equipped with cooking facilities, kettle(tea & Coffee making facs), fridge, toaster, tv's with dvd players, bathrooms with sh & wc. All rooms have air conditioning and there is a charge of 5 Euros per night if required paid direct to hotel. The family apartments have a charge of 10 Euros per night as there is two air con units in the apartment
“ Had great stay at Seaview 3-12th september. really make you feel welcome sheets and towels changed every 3 days pretty unusual for self catering. The whole complex is kept really clean and tidy by the hard working and friendly maid who does a grand job.

This lively, family-run complex set on the edge of Tsilivi enjoys a great friendly atmosphere and good on-site facilities, making it a great base for your stay in Zante. The well-equipped apartments have been built around the swimming pool area and are only a few minutes away from the heart of Tsilivi. Ideal for families, there is a good choice of children's facilities and some apartments are big enough to take larger families.
“ this hotel closed before the end of season , the pool was dirty and being drained for the winter,no beer totally unacceptable

“ For the money is was Ok. The bed was very squeeky and you had to hold the shower head to wash. The cubicle was very small with quite a small entrance, so if you are over 6ft tall or over 15stone you would not get in it.
