“ Fabulous view from balcony, great breakfast choice & quality. Rooms are comfortable & well serviced. The facilities are good & bar serves the best draft beer we had in Mallorca.

“ Top marks for service. Staff well trained, friendly and very helpful. Really make you feel welcome and a valued guest. Nice extra touches e.g. provided free bottle of Cava on my birthday. The only minor criticism I found was that the toilet paper provided in hotel rooms and public loos was single ply, and rather narrower than normally found in the UK.

“ Very well presented hotel offering surprisingly good value for money breakfast options. Drinks are also good value. The room was far too warm, too uncomfortable to sleep in and we could not change the temperature settings via the wall mounted controls, instead we had to open the door to the patio (in late December).

We have two rooms for events and meetings. In the hotel, we are at a 10-minute walking distance from the Cathedral and the historical centre, and 5 minutes from the train and bus stations. Very close to the Tryp Palma Hotel one can enjoy the beach, Bellver Castle and the golf courses of Son Vida and Bendinat. Easily accessible from the Son Sant Joan International Airport. Health Centre with free thermostat-controlled pool, hydro-massage, Turkish bath and sauna.
“ Hotel is in the commercial area and at night we had to walk a fair way for food and drinks,also on Sunday not much open. The big plus was the staff very friendly and helpfull nothing was too much trouble would stay again if we go to Palma again.
