“ Villa was lovely BUT we were told to pay 75 dollers for cleanig I made sure from you by phone there would be nothing more to pay.Also the address was not clear made things very difficult. Please make the above payment

“ Just got back from a fab stay at the Blue Heron, it was more than we expected. Rooms very clean, they even left soaps, dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid, toilet roll. We usually get a villa and have to buy all this but we managed with what they supplied us and you get a complimentary room clean after a week where they replenished all the above.

“ Great hotel. It is a pity that the extras are not published in advance. $11 per day parking; $18 per day mandatory resort fee. If you do not want to play golf, use the gym or spa or paddle a canoe you do not get the benefit of the resort facilities. Dining in the restaurants is OK but not as good as others.

“ The rooms were very nice, the furniture etc looked expensive. Our view out on the balcony wasnt good and the balcony was very small. The bathroom was great it had 2 sinks a separate shower and toilet and a big bath , only problems were the plug didnt work in bath and the lighting in rooms very dim.
