Really, really good location. 5 mins walk from Helsinki Central Railway Station. Reception staff very friendly and efficient. Breakfast very good. However room was small, scruffy and depressing. The room badly needed redecorating and the furniture was very basic. Felt much more like student room / hostel room than a hotel room. Bathroom very small. Security not very good as Reception away from main doors / elevators so potentially anyone could come in off the street and get into elevators and stairwells (keys needed to get into corridors where rooms were.) My room was up on 8th (top) floor and noise from traffic / construction work out on street below was quite bad. Room faced office block so nice view of office workers in the morning!
Good choice if you just need a place to crash in city centre and it really is top location!) but not good if you want relaxation / luxury.

Nice hotel, very clean and tidy, breakfast was a good choice cereals, porridge, meats, bread, etc very nice.
The lifts are small and if you are on the 7th floor as we were you get a lift to th 6th then walk up a few lights so not great for older people. All lower floors have lift access so ask for a lower one. Other than that did what it said on the tin, 5 mins walk from Helsinki train and bus station so fab location.

“ Staff very helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. Small pool on top floor, but is nice for a quick dip. Sauna room nice but very small, if anyone else wants to use it this can be uncomfortable.

“ Hotel is delightful. Our groupe of different ages - from 8 till 70 - and everyone stay happy. Very cleanly spacious rooms, breakfast is various. Hotel is in the center of Helsinki.

“ Great location just off the railway station, and right in the middle of the city center. Rooms are spacious but quite noisy traffic if your room is located at Mannerheimintie's side. Lifts are very small, and there's no safe in the room. Room service charge 14 euros on the bill is ridiculous but breakfast is lovely.

“ Top quality apartment located a short walk from the port and the city. There is no check-in desk but a key pad on the front door and a number of key pad operated drawers containing the apartment keys. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
