“ These apartments deserve their relatively good grading. The rooms are simply furnished by spacious. I was offered a choice of two ground floor apartments on arrival which is always a nice touch. In fact all the staff are very helpful and good customer service seems to come naturally to them and spoke very good English.

Jo-An Palace lays next to the Municipal Garden, close to the old town and the Venetian harbour, 400 meters away from the city's sandy beach. The biggest open market is operating 50 meters from the hotel once a week. The hotel has 51 hotel rooms, 16 rooms with kitchenette and 3 family rooms with kitchenette. All rooms are spacious with marbled private bathroom/shower, refrigerator, safe deposit box, hairdryer, satellite TV, individual A/C unit, fully computerised telephone system, internet connection, balcony. They stretch in a five floor building of neo-classical architecture.

Renovated in 2004, this hotel is located within a beautiful 3,000 me garden with evergreen trees as well as colourful flowers and is spread over two with 170 rooms. Many facilities including a foyer with a reception desk, 2 lifts and a currency exchange desk are on offer to guests. Additionally the hotel offers a small supermarket, a shop, 2 bars, a TV room, a restaurant, a conference room and a public Internet terminal. Guests are also offered a car park if needed.
“ Hotel was clean, staff very helpful and friendly, food was very good plenty of choice for everyone.my room was on the ground floor and was noisy at night and first thing in the morning (7.30am)so ask for a room higher up.

The hotel is housed in a listed building that was built in the 19th century and has the architectural style of bygone years. It combines luxury with calmness and echoes of the history of Rethymno. Quality services and facilities are offered like room service, medical services, a reception area and a breakfast room. This historical city hotel first opened its doors in 2010 and consists of just 9 rooms. Further facilities include a lobby with 24-hour check-out service, air conditioning, a hotel safe, lift access to the upper floors, a cafe and wireless Internet access.
“ I stayed at Antica Dimora with my family and can honestly say that we had no complaints whatsoever! The building has been tastefully converted into suites and in a way where none of the charm of the original has been lost.
