All Inclusive Board Basis Winter 2010 -11 & Summer 2011
All-Inclusive board basis entitles guests to the following services:
- Buffet Breakfast at the Costa Restaurant. Timing: from 7h00 to 10h00.
- Lunch consisting of a set menu served either at Oliver’s café or Costa Restaurant (at the management discretion), including house wine, beer, soft drinks and mineral water. Timing: from 12h30 to 14h30.
- Buffet dinner at the Costa Restaurant including house wine, beer, soft drinks and mineral water. Timing: Winter: 18h00 to 20h00 – Summer: 18h30 to 21h00.
- Sandwiches will be served from 15h00 to 17h00. Selected outlet will be at management discretion.
- Beverages will be served from 10h00 to 22h30 at the following outlets:
- Café Olivier: from 10h00 to 17h00.
- Lobby bar: from 17h00 to 22h30.
- Pool Bar: from 10h00 to 17h00 (summer only).
All-Inclusive beverage list include:
- Tea, coffee
- soft drinks (by 250ml glass), local fruit juices & water
- Local wine by the glass
- Beer (by 250ml glass)
- House Spirits
Other All-Inclusive services include:
- Free use of hotel’s wellness centre including, gym, indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and steam bath. Also free use of the outdoor lagoon swimming pool, mini-golf, darts and table tennis.
- Daily Animation programme provided by the hotel's animation team.
- Evening entertainment by local artists and the hotel's animation team.
- Kids Club for children between 6 to 11 years old, open Monday to Saturday during school holidays.
- Free entrance to the Oracle Casino including a €10 match & Play voucher and a complimentary welcome drink (limited to 1 per person per stay).
The All-Inclusive board basis does not include drinks or any packages from the Mini-bar.

“ First visit to Malta, if ever i return i would go to this Hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms and the best all inclusive meals we have had anywhere. Hot, varied and pleanty. Thank you.

I paid for A/L for one day 38 Euros each
Not worth the money due to not getting snacks all day only at certain times & whwn sandwiches were availble they were stale not impresed at all .

“ fantastic all round food second to none joints carved every night loads of other choices and beautiful desserts breakfast was the same rooms excellent only downside is some rooms are being renovated ready for timeshare so some noise can be heard in certain rooms however reception have no problem in moving you and we wouldnt stay any where else if we go again met other people in other hotels and all complained about other places this place is exceptional

I would only rate this hotel as 3 Star
Rooms a little dated but clean
We had to move from our room as we were next to extractor from kitchen and noise of this started at 7am and continued until 12 midnight
2nd room was the same problem
3rd room was OK except for damp patches on exterior wall
Was not impressed with "time share" approaches around hotel

The hotel is excellently placed as it's close to the bus station where you can catch a bus anywhere on the island, a day pass is only 2.60, it's a stones throw from the beach and shops as well.
The staff as in all the Maltese people are very friendly and helpful.
The food is great and you will always find something you like, if you are unhappy just tell the staff and they will help.
Rooms are kept clean and beds are changed or made daily with clean towels.
“ Top Tip: A must to see is is Simon's Bar which is on the same road and left of the hotel about 50 yards away but you must book early if you want to see Elvis Tenderly who is on twice a week as he ranks in the top 10 of the world. Simon and Josie are the best hosts and will always have a smile and a joke with you. They have live music on 7 days a week something for most tastes.

“ Nice hotel situated on the outskirts of St George's bay, the holet is clean and well appointed. we traveled out of season and some of the facilities were not availible. staff were very helpfull and efficient. Food was of good quality for self service, but may not suit young children. Prices were reasonable and we would certainly travel again.

“ We really enjoyed our stay at The Osborne it is a great hotel, the staff were very friendly and efficient. The restraunt has nice quality home cooked food that is a great price. The only things that we would have liked to be diffrent would be 1 Free WiFi in the rooms. 2 Some decent channels on the TV in the rooms, there is only CNN and a Music (Rapp) channel in english.

This superior 3 star property lies on the coast road of Sliema, near St.Julian's. It enjoys picturesque views of Balluta Bay and is close to the promenade with an attractive rocky beach and a public garden. The many shops,restaurants and bars of Sliema are within a mile of the hotel. This is an ideal location to enjoy both the night life in St Julian's and day time activities in Sliema. All units are medium in size and decorated in neutral colours throughout.Bedrooms and bathrooms are kept in very good condition. All rooms are fully equipped with air-conditioning, private facilities, satellite TV, radio, hair dryer and telephone. The hotel is set on 7 floors in two adjacent buildings connected with a bridge on the 6th floor. The property directly faces Spinola bay with relaxing views of the Mediterranean sea. The Dolmen Resort Hotel overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel offers stunning views of St Paul's Bay and St Paul's Islands and is close to many shops, bars and restaurants.
