Renovated in 2004, this simple hotel is spread over 5 floors and comprises 80 rooms of which 25 are suites. The building is fully air-conditioned and offers an inviting stay. “ Top Tip: The hotel was situated in an area where the local people lived, went out, etc., so it was in the perfect place for getting to know the locals, who were very welcoming and friendly. Ideally located for experiencing true Mexican culture.

“ After a little initial disappointment, because there was no kettle. I became very fond of this place. It is very comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Pleasant surroundings eating meals by the pool.

“ Excellent hotel. Staff were very friendly and were willing to help. The hotel entrance is magnificent and the oasis type decor was beautiful. There are a number of restaurants to choose from, each with a variety of food and varying from one day to the next.

“ This hotel is not worth the money, rooms are very old bar was very dirty and drinks were warm and vile the dining area was old dirty and the food was vile , that bad we couldn't eat there and had to catch a bus to town to get food ! The best part of our holiday was being able to swap our airline ticket home
