Albufeira Jardim is an ideal family orientated property. Overlooking the beautiful resort of Albufeira, with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants near by and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of the old town. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. Please note this property is not suitable for those with walking difficulties due to the fact that there are steps and no lifts.
Accommodation
Albufeira Jardim has two buildings Jardim I and Jardim II. Unless specified in the room type guests may be allocated to either building on arrival. The studios are in a simple rustic style equipped with a kitchenette area which has basic cooking facilities, balcony or terrace, bathroom and sofa style beds. The one bedroom apartments are furnished with the facilities listed in the studio above and have a twin bedded room and a sleeping area in the lounge with sofa style beds. Similarly, the two bedroom apartments have two twin bedded rooms, sleeping area in the lounge with sofa style beds. All of the rooms have a safe deposit box (local charge) and a TV on request (local charge).

“ this apartment was very good maids come round everyday to change beds and put clean towels in and a general tidy round we had a 1 bedroom apartment,it is only a 10 minute walk to the beach but the walk back is a bit longer as it is all up hill.
“ Top Tip: just down from apartments if you like Indian food there is a tandoori restaurant called JAIPUR the food is out of this world service is great.and down on the strip there is the YORKSHIRE TAVERN the land lady is very nice they do nice food to,aslo in the square there is a restaurant called buddy very nice food and people.

The studio was clean and the heating had been turned on before we arrived which was a welcome addition at the beginning of December!
one complaint was that the room did smell a bit of cigarettes!

“ this was our second stay at the Albufeira Jardim and it was very much as good as the first time. we had requested a room with a sea view and large balcony and werenot disappointed. the accommodation has everything you need albeit a little dated but how much time to you actually spend in the room. the studio was spacious and clean. there was plenty of hot water for showers etc and sufficient crockery and cutlery for self catering requirements. The apartments are accessed by a series of steps so people with mobility problems may find it difficult to get round. The communal areas were very well tended too. All in all a very nice place to stay.
“ Top Tip: Grill 54 is an excellent restuarant - great value and stunning views over looking the beach.

This 2-storey complex comprises 23 apartments. A stroll through the apartment hotel's 500 me gardens comes highly recommended. Hotel facilities include reception hall, hotel safe and Internet access. Additionally, there is a cafe, games room, TV lounge and bicycle hire service. The air-conditioned e la carte restaurant invites guests to stop off for a bite to eat. Guests arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park facilities. A laundry service rounds off the facilities on offer.
“ The apartment was spacious and well equipped. It is a pity that it appears (at least at this time of year) to be run on an absolute shoestring. Although it was cleaned daily, reception was only manned from 9-5 with an hours break at lunchtime and the beautiful pool area had only 4 sun loungers.

Clube Praia da Oura-Oura Praia is a complex composed by two main buildings, Club Praia da Oura and Oura Praia, with a club like atmosphere. The resort is officialy rated as a three star, but we feel that based on the facilities, Beach front location and quality this unit is worth of a minimum 3 plus level. The property is a great family destination and has friendly staff, well kept gardens which are great for sunbathing, and plenty of entertainment on site. Perfect for couples, families and groups looking for an entertaining and lively beach holiday. The complex is located in a residential area, next to the Praia Da Oura Beach 500 meters from the busy resort centre. It offers 2 swimming pool with fully furnished sun terraces, one children's swimming pool (heated), 24 hours reception, money exchange, safety deposit facilities, jacuzzis, sauna, gymnasium, tennis, table tennis, gift shop and a very popular bowling green, especially in the Winter months...
