The restaurant offers the typical dishes of La Mancha cooking such as gachas, 'pisto manchego' (tomato-based ratatouille), marinated partridge, 'gazpacho manchego' (cold soup) and 'Miguelitos de la Roda', a puff-pastry sweet. This hotel is located in one of the most important financial areas in Albacete, tempered by the Medieval Castle of Almansa, skirting the mountains of Muflon and Almansa.Just 1 hour from Alicante and its sandy beaches. The hotel provides 50 comfortable and welcoming rooms medium in size and nicely decorated and furnished with private bathrooms, air conditioning, direct dial telephone, mini bar and colour TV. The hotel building is a modern construction featuring medieval patterns and details in the exterior of the building but providing full facilities and equipped and designed with nice taste and good quality. Is one of the best hotel complexes in the district, having among its services conference rooms with capacity up to 350 people.
