Superior room overlooking road at front, but nice airy feel and well presented, uber-chic!
Loved the terrace which was as nice as I hoped
Loved the breakfast and service the few times we used it
Location for city and beach was great
Spa was small and intimate and great for the 2 sessions of 1 hour we treated ourselves to
Only watch-out is noise from street from passing vehicles which is irritating but not a show-stopper
“ Top Tip: Head past the cathederal down to the start of the shopping area at the bottom of the hill and there is a great bar opposite a neat gift/trinket shop which makes you feel like a VIP and isn't expensive, Lovely!

“ For a superior room it was very basic, and not what was expected. We were kept awake most of the night by the guest in the next room coughing and singing !! the soundproffing between rooms seems to be inadeqate.

“ This was our second stay and it was no better than the first stay. Why? because it was excellent the first time too!!! The staff were very polite and couldn't do enough to assist., it's clean, tidy, airy and the roof terrace is a delight. Maybe a few more English channels on the TV would be a good idea as we like to see the news from home whilst we are away. WE WILL RETURN!

A great rennovation of a building in the old town. We were very suprised by the excellent room, a junior suite, where we stayed with 2 young children (7 and 4). We only stayed 2 nights and it was a great base to explore Palma. Just a 2 minute walk to the Cathedral through the old winding streets.
The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived just out of season on the first hot week of the year. The heating/air con had not yet been turned from heating for the winter to aircon for the summer so they bought us a fan for the kids to keep cool, and left little presents for them in the room.
I wouldn't stay here with kids for more than a couple of nights - purely because the city isn't the best location for them, and there's no pool etc. but it was a great stop over as our flights only arrived in at midnight.
Absolutely recommended.

Only 500 m distance from Bellver Castle, 10 minutes from the historical city center and 1.5 km from the Cathedral, 4.5 km from the Bendinat Golf Club and 8 km from the international airport (PMI).
“ Fabulous view from balcony, great breakfast choice & quality. Rooms are comfortable & well serviced. The facilities are good & bar serves the best draft beer we had in Mallorca.

“ Top marks for service. Staff well trained, friendly and very helpful. Really make you feel welcome and a valued guest. Nice extra touches e.g. provided free bottle of Cava on my birthday. The only minor criticism I found was that the toilet paper provided in hotel rooms and public loos was single ply, and rather narrower than normally found in the UK.
