“ It was like Butlins holiday camp, room was small and not clean, had to pay for tv, like a ghost town once out of the complex and a good 20 minute walk to beach. Full of mosquito's. Would never go again!

Hotel was poor for food,not satisfactory no variety had to queue to get into restaurant as other restaurants were closed at the other hotels.
Very long queues at the bars as not enough staff for service.
When in centre everything was getting ready to close down, lot of shops were already closed and shut down for winter.

“ It was a definite case of get what you pay for so can't really complain. Plastic and paper cups for every drink outside of the restaurants was a pain, so nice to come home and have a proper glass!! food was ok, my husband didn't eat at all in hotel tho, we ate out near the beach. It wasn't far from beach and free bus provided from hotel, so easy to get to. Entertainment was good all day, just take a jacket out of high season as main shows are all outside. rooms in marte in great need of revamp! A family of 4 would not sit on balcony together....u may just about stand!! Very small. We had a massive leak on the bath so always had water leaking through door into hall way! Decor looking drab but was clean. Main areas jet washed every day, hands sanitized before entering restaurants, doesn't stop everything but has to help with spread of germs?! Bit weird on how tv hire worked though. If you hired at 8am you had tv until lunch time following day, hire anytime after and it was till midnight that day!! Plenty of food and drink available if it's what u wanted. Pool areas very nice and swan boats a must around the lake....remove ur shoes though!! An ok holiday for what we paid, but may not return here.

“ Do not consider this hotel to be 4 star, it is in need of updating. Having the linen changed each day does not make it a 4 star. A worn out hairdryer provided but no tea-making facilities! (which are often provided in 3 star hotels) Clean but no welcoming atmosphere.
