"The hotel was clean, the rooms were cleaned and the towels/bedding changed everyday. This hotel is excellent value for money. It is located close to the beach and restaurants, with the popular german quarter within 10 mins walk."

"The Apartmentos Florida are great if your looking for budget accommodation in Peurto de la Cruz. The rooms are cleaned everyday comfortable. The hotel staff are cheerful, helpful and speak English. The beach is a couple of minutes walk and is lovely. The famous lido and plenty of bars and restaurants are about 10 minutes walk away. I would recommend eating out as food and drink prices in the area are reasonable. There is also a supermarket in the beautiful apartment grounds. Have a happy holiday!"

"The room we stayed in was clean and tidy even better than we expected. but the hotel was not very accommudating for english specking guests, there was only 1 english specking member of staff who we cud find and he worked in the bar and we only saw him once. all the people who worked at reception couldnt speak english at so it was very hard to communicate wif any of them. the swimming pool was no bigger than 2 double beds and we never saw another people at it."

"Hotel was just perfect for me, even though i stayed alone and paid full price for the studio . All studios have double bed and newly refurbished bathroom. There was even kitchen facilities like fridge and two small electric plates for cooking. Puerto De La Cruz is perfect alternative to the southern resorts, I have rented a car which costs about £60 a week. On the Top of the roof ther is a small swimming pool. Everything for a resonable Price!!!!. Probably I will come back there one day, so definitely would recommend that hotel.... Although this hotel doesn't have a car park but you can park a car either in front or back of the hotel."

"Although not classed as a Hotel, Florida Apts were ideal for us on a self-catering holiday. 5 mins walk to the beach,10 min walk into centre of Puerto De la Cruz and shops,restaurants, bars and cafes just far enough away from the Apt. block so as not to have any noise or disturbances at night. The staff were helpful and extremely pleasant with 24 hour reception and the cleaners came in every day. Even our bed-linen was changed every day. The bus station is only 5 mins. walk away and is great to just jump on a bus and go wherever it is going or jump off when you come to a village up in the mountains somewhere. A great way to explore North Tenerife and be pleasantly surprised at the same time. We found a great Mexican Bar / Restaurant called "Poco Loco" about 15 mins away from the Florida Apts. It is like going back in time 100 years with English Antiques inside and outside. The food was excellent and washed down with Mexican beer and obviously a few Tequilas to boot. The beach is wonderful and clean. Take no notice of all the people who say that grey volcanic sand is dirty. Sand is Sand. It washes off in the sea just the same. Thank you for a wonderful holiday which went with no hitches whatsoever considering it was such a late booking and great value for money."
