Studio apartments are smaller and more compact that the larger 1 bedroom apartments. Each room is between 24 & 26 sqm which is equal to medium sized double room in a hotel. They come furnished as a complete habitat with small kictchenette, comfortable bed, work desk, cable TV and ensuite bathroom. All are fully furnished in a manner that intends to make them as effective for living in, as they are for working in. All rooms are furnished with parquet floors, modern Scandinavian design and are centrally air-conditioned and heated.

A stylish seating area adjoining the lobby provides a comfortable environment in which to collect and eat the enjoyable breakfast buffet which is served daily.

The building was constructed in 2002 and is of modern design being built primarily from glass and steel.
