"NO FACILITY FOR HOT DRINKS IN YOUR ROOM 'UNLESS YOU PAID EXTRA TO A OUTSIDE SUPPLIER. WE STAYED IN OUR HOTEL FOR 2HOURS WAITING FOR IT TO ARRIVE THEN A CALL TO SAY IT WOULD BE ANOTHER 2 HOURS [WE CANCELED IT] NOT MANY STAFF . MAN IN RECEPTION ALSO DID THE POOL BAR CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST - LOTS OF CHOICE ,EGGS, COLDMEATS,CAKES,BREADS, CEREAL,FRUIT, COFFEE,TEA,JUICE,MILK FROM MACHINE . DID'NT EAT IN IN THE EVENINGS RECEPION STAFF VERY HELPFUL IF ASKED . HOTEL VERY CLEAN ON THE WHOLE A NICE PLACE TO STAY. "

"Hotel and food were basic and needed updating although the rooms were clean and bedding /towels changed everyday,close to shops and beach and had a bus stop right outside,if it wasn't for the pool which had debris and dirt at the bottom (in May) it would be a reasonably priced Hotel"

"The Hotel is in need of a refurbishment also the food was not very good although i havwe to say there was at least quite a good choice so you could manage to find something suitable. It is a very noisy hotel being on a main road and the room we occupied had a air conditioning unit that showed daylight through the wall. "

"Hotel is a little dated,but rooms are clean & comfy .Ideal location for beach 200 yds, zoo 200 yds and town square 400yds with its streets leading off to many shops cafes & restaurants .Pool & Bar are excellant but if you have toddlers it may be hard work because of them wanting to get in the deep end !.we found the beach great to entertain 3 kids"

"The Hotel Acuarium is a small hotel with a friendly family atmosphere. Seems to be popular with the Spanish people. The pool is excellent and the staff in the dining room are extremely efficient. The food is good and spanish. As a disabled person I found I was given every consideration. I would certainly return to this hotel."

"I FOUND THIS HOTEL TO BE VERY CLEAN AND SPACIOUS .THE POOL AREA WAS VERY GOOD.THE BUFFET BREAKFAST AND EVENING MEAL WAS VERY GOOD WITH PLENTY TO CHOOSE FROM.. THE FACT THAT SO MANY SPANISH PEOPLE STAYED THERE WAS AVERY GOOD SIGN.I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL"

"the staff were extremely friendly, but the hotel was a little tired, in need of some routine maintainence. our room was a good size but there was quite a variance some being quite small and dark. overall though it was good value for money. not for some one looking for a british hotel on the costa."

"the rooms didnt have much air conditioning,it should be in middle of room inside of side of wall also the food wasnt great, there should be a selection of hot food in the morning and more selection at night,very disappointed with the food. "
