"The hotel was good and in an excellent location close to both old town and liveley areas.
The rooftop area was good for relaxing, the pool very small but enough to cool you down.

"Tony Romas is a nice steakhouse/ribs etc, turn left out of the hotel and its on the right."
"Excellent hotel, very near to the beach. This hotel does not have any entertainment but you are in Benidorm where there are plenty of bars with bands, tribute acts etc.. The hotel was spotless and very modern it does cater more for the spanish. The best way to describe this hotel is like a business hotel. The pool area is on the roof and has a plunge pool rather than a pool to swim, the area is surrounded by decking with a handful of sunloungers. Also on the top floor you will find the gym, steamroom and jacuzzi which are free to use to hotel guests. The food was great this is not your typical dining experience in spain as you are greeted by a waiter who takes you to your table, you can either sit inside or have your meal on the terrace. You are then presented with a menu card which has 4 courses. You first choice is help yourself to the salad bar then you choose your 2nd and 3rd choice from the menu and your 4th choice is help yourself to the dessert table. The 2nd and 3rd course are brought to your table by the waiter and are served a la carte style, this makes the dining experience feel as though you are eating out. Overall this is a fantastic hotel in an excellent location rather upmarket for Benidorm!"

"Visit Rockerfellas bar for an evening of non stop entertainment a different act on every hour in the evening, the we will rock you tribute to queen is fantastic"
"Great hotel, spotless modern and staff that care deeply about their guests. Friendly helpful and ready to give that bit extra to ensure that you enjoy your stay. We were most impressed that on our leaving for the airport day and with our early flight meaning we would miss breakfast the hotel opened the super modern cafe bar and provided tea, coffee, pastries and freshly squeezed orange juice before carrying our cases to the shuttle bus for us...superb service! I must mention the terrace restuarant on the 5th floor. If you want the usual 4 star buffet style fare of running to each location to grab the luke warm courses on offer dont book the Agir. This is dining at its best. From the immaculately dressed staff (who are a credit to their company) to the designer style interior this offers so much more than the guests can expect on arrival. With four courses on offer with the 2nd and main course brought to your table you can relax and enjoy the moment in time and more importantly enjoy the Gordon Ramsay inspired main courses. If you are looking for chips with everything forget it!! If you want a hotel with an upmarket feel and want to be treated as special book the Agir you wont be disappointed. Can I add I booked late and everything was as smooth as could be...well done Travel Republic...see you soon!! "

"Great live rock music at the Hard Rock bar one street down along the seafront. I think I seen Carlos Santanas son playing...if he isnt his son he certainly plays the guitar as good as him...superb! "
"this is a superb hotel of very high standard with excellent food it is very spanish with many local dishs, location is great only draw back is parking there is parking near by expensive, facilities Ie Turkish bath spa on roof very good , restaurant with views great."

"Many great Bars didnt eat out at night food in hotel to good"
"The hotel is of a very high standard the decoration and furniture in the rooms and in the public areas is fresh and modern all the the staff were fantastic and very professional the free SPA facilities on the top floor are fantastic!
I have seen other comments on here about the food some quite negative which i cannot understand maybe if you are one of the "beans on toast / steak and chips brigade" then its not for you, but in my opinion the menu on half board for the price paid was fantastic eg: the second night we had smoked tuna with caviar, large prawns, sirloin steak with pepper sauce and an ice cream dessert (waiter service), for breakfast there was a large help yourself hot and cold buffet with cereals, fruit, yogurt, bread / toast, jams, fruit juices, cakes, bacon, fried eggs, sausages, omelette etc etc........
I would book again and if you are looking for a quality central base look no further :-)"

"Beach 3 mins walk, old town the best place to be 10 mins walk, bars and shops right outside the door !!!!!"
"Very clean, friendly staff, just 1 block back from the beach. Use of Spa facilities were free. Good breakfast .Decor modern minimalist design.Would go back.
Other hotels worth looking at are Hotel Cimbal on Levante beach and Hotel Belroy next door but one to the Agir. Both bigger but good quality, compare the rates"

"Cafe du Paris, next door but two. Excellent for coffee, cake, hot chocolate to die for!!! or
Topo Gigio, a few doors down towards the old town, excellent italian restaurant, although looks a little "Benidorm", service, cleanliness and quality of food were all well above expectations."
"We stayed B&B at this hotel which had a central location and had a very high standard of cleanliness and decor. We used the spa facilities overlooking the seafront. Worth the money for 3 day stay."
LISA from NR NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE reviewed the Agir Hotel
"Reception pleasant & efficient. Excellent location between old town/ english nightlife/beach. Room comfortable /modern/chic. Roof top pool sufficient for a cool down plunge/topping up tan. Breakfast is mostly continental but enough to set you up for the day - if you want 'full english' there are plenty of places you can go for cholestoral overload for 3-4 euros!!
Would definitely stay again. Recommend couples of any age."
Top Tip:
"Come out of hotel turn left & find the western bar for english enterainment. Come out of hotel turn right for old town and traditional spanish tapas bars/restaurants... the choice is yours! open air market sundays & Wednesdays."
"The rooms were clean and sensibly sized. All amenities available. Rooms were cleaned regularly and well. Food was unusual and interesting! The eating area was very pleasant - possibly a bit more variety needed at breakfast - though we were satisfied, eating area was clean. We would definitely consider going there again."

"Traffic Lights karaoke bar ,was a good night out especially on a Monday and Sunday."
"Excellent 4* hotel in everyway. Wonderful buffet breakfast .Dinner very cordon bleu of very high stantard and may not satisfiy some english tastes.Rooms excellent and high standard of cleanliness.Excellent position for all amenities.Would consider staying again.(Love the outside glass lift)"
Top Tip:
"Many bars with free entertainment within walking distance of the hotel."
"Spotlessly clean throughout with attractive lounge areas at the stop of each flight of stairs. Reception staff very helpful and friendly and encouraging of those who want to try out their Spanish. Sauna and steam rooms pleasant, clean and very well maintained. Decor light and bright throughout the hotel. Rooms adequately sized but perhaps a little small given the four star rating of the hotel. Weakest feature the self service breakfast. Some dishes(fried eggs, sausages, potato croquettes) luke warm in the not very effective bain maries. But wide choice of breakfasts available in the light and spotlessly clean breakfast / restaurant room. Hotel room overlooked the very busy Avd Mediterraneo which even in November was noisy and made air conditioning essential if windows shut to exclude traffic and occasional human noise. Would be much worse, one imagines, in summer. Would certainly return for another November stay."
Top Tip:
"Ideal location for old town, shopping, beach. and the various walks available in and around Benidorm. A taxi drive from both the new bus station and the railway station. "
"The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff friendly and efficient. However, a garage was advertised in the details and they do not have one. You have to walk about 300 meters to a public one and you get a discount of EUROS 2 and pay 13 euros for the car park. Also the dinner was a very indifferent meal. "
"Agir Benidorm was superb for the money I paid. If I return to Benidorm that Hotel will be top of my wish list."

"A recently refurbished hotel in the middle of Benidorm. Excellent location, comfortable bedrooms and excellent spa facilities. Thoroughly reccommended"
