"There were no irons or ironing boards in the rooms. However, the laundry service was cheap and quick.

Rooms do not have tea and coffee facilities although it is all inclusive and tea or coffee is served in all the bars. It would be nice to have that facility in your room.

Needs more toilets around the pool and bar areas. Only one outside toilet block to service seven swimming pools, the beach and four bars.

Staff are very friendly. The Mini Club for kids is free and the staff were excellent.

Very clean hotel and the food was also very good with a good variety to choose from each day."

"This was a much larger hotel than we usually choose to stay but went on the high recommendations. We were not disappointed. Although it is a large hotel it is very well organised and the staff are very friendly, helpful people."
Top Tip:
"There weren't any other hotels very close but we didn't find a need to go to other hotels for anything.

The beach again allthough busy you still had the choice of 'being in the thick of things' or going for a quiet spot."

"fantastic hotel, beautiful gardens, spotlessly clean and excellent service.
Friendly and efficient staff and management.
Great for a "chill out " holiday or for the active amongst you plenty of sporting opportunities.
Always managed to find a quiet spot.
If you like lots of bars , restaurants and clubbing this is definately not the hotel for you!
Hotel was excellent in providing a decent meal on arriving back from Luxor at 11.30pm

We will return!"
Top Tip:
"Hotel is a self contained resort in a newly developing part of Egypt, hence no bars etc off site.
Recommend independent travellers pre book transfers in UK- well worth the money as they take you to the head of the queue for visas( much to the annoyance of fellow passengers!!)
ATM on site giving good exchange rate, no one hassles for tips.
Recommend trip to Luxor- amazing, very long day but worth it. Get to see the " real " Egypt en route."

"We had a really good holiday and would have rated the Hotel as excellent had it provided a wider choice of dishes and soft drinks in it's restaurant (particularly at lunchtime). There was no fresh juice available during the day (apart from freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast ONLY and for an additional fee). Otherwise, it was very good: extremely clean and comfortable, friendly and attentive staff, excellent beach, varied evening programmes if you like to be entertained. There also was a very pleasant beach bar for those who enjoy a quiet evening drink while watching the moon reflecting in the sea."
Top Tip:
"A very well run Dive Centre which offers a 20% discount if you use them again in the future! Don't miss ther trip to Abu Dabbab to see the local dugong and huge green turtles."

"Disappointed that the hotel was partly closed and undergoing renovation (wave pool, beach bar closed) Staff very friendly, room very clean, beach and reef were fantastic but could have done without the noisy entertainment . Food could have been better and dinner served later (they started packing up from 20.30) . Did not like the 'tiered' AI system (some clients had different coloured wrist bands). Did not like that coffee and some drinks not available when the buffet was open for breakfast (buffet coffee and tea was undrinkable) good job we took a travel kettle! Especially did not like the 25Euro pp fee charged by hotel reception to keep our room until 5pm on last day."
Top Tip:
"Don't bother visiting Abu Dabab beach. It's just an extension of a downmarket and noisy hotel/resort. The beach itself is crowded, there are no facilities and there was a 10 Euros pp charge. The marine life is poor and the coral is suffering badly as people are tramping all over it. Not to be recommended. Akassia's reef and beach is far superior"

"The hotel was very pleasant and clean. The staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful. The resort is remote and if all you want to do is stay on resort that is fine. The food was beautifully presented with a huge selection but was consistently luke warm, a couple of microwaves or efficient receptacles to keep food warm would have made all the difference. A very limited range of all inclusive alcoholic drinks."

"Chanced upon this Hotel and i can't reccomend it enough! All we wanted was week in the sun in a loverly enviroment and it was just that.
Thomas Cook airways has a lot to be desired and even though i read that taxis were available as we arrived late there weren't any taxis left, in fact there were nothing left in the carpark!! We got lucky and got a lift with another bus travelling that way (£10 each) and also it is not 20 mins from the airport more like 35/40mins.
But all that was forgotten when the sun came up in the morning!! If you wanted there was lots to do but all we did was soak up the sun. Food was great Egyptian night was the best in our opion. Staff were very friendly and Executive chef Reda a star. Gardens immaculate, pools very inviting and the sea amazingly clear for this ametuer snorkeller!
5* would reccomend"
