"Reception staff friendly and certainly helpful. Nothing seemed to be a bother.
Hotel and room very clean and spacious. Excellent value for money. Would certainly stay there again and recommend to others."

"Hotel was well positioned to get in and out of the city centre via bus, tram, and metro (entrance at the bottom of the external front steps bus and tram just a very short walk away."

"The breakfast was adequate and one evening meal we had good, although staff could have been more friendly.Transport they provide from reception was expensive and was staff using a people carrier.The Hotel ideally situated for the Metro,so there is no need to use their service.Overall we were satisfied and would use it again."

"An exellent hotel,much better than we expected.
All the staff we dealt with were both courteous and helpful.
The breakfast was well presented,with wide choice and top quality.
The Location was ideal;with metro,bus and trams on the doorstep.
I would certainly recommend this hotel."

"Smichov is a lively suburb with a good selection of shops,bars and restaurants.
Try not to be hungry or thirsty in the tourist hotspots---unless you are a recent
lottery winner."

"I found the hotel clean,neat and the rooms very spacious.Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly.I will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague"
Top Tip:
"The hotel has a sports bar and for football fans(we stayed over the weekend)there is a choice of wide screen TV`s with coverage of various sporting events. Also the hotel is situated right outside a Metro stop which makes travelling about really easy."

"good location, clean, hotel is completing renovations to ground floor . AA taxis from Airport drove very fast was a scary tranfer to hotel, would suggest to contact hotel before arrival to book taxis to collect from Airport, instead of AA Airport Taxis"

"The hotel was in a good location beside the metro, so it was easy to get into Prague. Breakfast ok but nothing special. i would use the Hotel again."
Top Tip:
"If you buy a metro ticket you can use it on the metro, the trams and the finnicular railway. Note that when you buy the metro ticket you must validate (on the small yellow machines) it, this records the start date, don't validate again."

Rooms are medium-sized and in good condition. They are tastefully furnished with basic furniture. Bathrooms are in very good condition.

Breakfast is offered in the breakfast room on the ground floor. The restaurant is open 11am-12pm and offers international cuisine.

The hotel is located in a residential building.

A good value for money hotel. With the metro next door, it only takes minutes to get to the centre of Prague. (04.08 HO)
