"Sunbeds round the pool broken and in poor condition, room balconies very small(barely room for two small chairs)breakfast coffee always cold. Faulty television in our room not replaced after two requests. Staff however were very pleasant, friendly and helpful."

"Hotel very clean and all staff friendly and helpful. Food supplied excellent quality and a 9 euro 3 course menu available !!!. Pool is small but area adequate. Sun beds provided desperately need replacing. Views over Nerja in distance excellent, motorway close and below hotel not too obtrusive. Good restaurants in nearby Maro also. Bus stop at bottom of moderate incline. Good 7euro taxi service to beautiful and interesting Nerja. "

"lovely hotel, lovely staff, but in the middle of nowhere! It is not in the town of Nerja, but actually near the village of Maro, some kilometres from the town and beaches(about 10mins in a bus or taxi - 16euros round trip) It is absolutely not walkable from the town or beaches to the hotel, not only because of the distance but its all uphill. Buses stop early evening so it had to be taxis to get to the town as the hotel had no entertainment. Balcony was large enough for two garden chairs and looked out the side of the building to a brick wall. Other than that we had a fantastic holiday, but i wouldnt recommend the hotel for older folks or families with kids."

"Stayed in three hotels on our holiday and overall this one was our favourite. Rooms are basic but kept clean, staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Great location, not too far away from Nerja town and easy access to motorways. Very cheap hotel, we were wrong to think it would be of a lower standard because of the price. Easy to find with its garish sign that stands out against all others."

"The hotel was an excellent three star hotel. Ideal for my husband and I as it was quite, close to the Maro village and Nerja town. No worries about parking the hire car as the hotel had a very good sized car park. The staff at the hotel were very freindly and helpful. Overall we both agree that the hotel was excellent for our needs and requirements for the price that we paid for this three star hotel. We would go back to this hotel."

"Nice family run hotel, small and comfortable. Good breakfast, and the restaurant looks ok too. We got a special offer - around £20 for a double room + breakfast, which was great value!"

"The rooms were very clean and the staff were helpful. The staf could also speak good English. The hotel was very convenient for the Nerja caves and was easy to get to from the motorway. It was helpful to have a car as the town centre was a little too far to walk. However the hotel was great value for money!"
